He went out of his way to find solutions and kept us informed every step of the way. His clear communication and positive attitude made what can be a stressful process genuinely easy and even fun.

The timeframes provided had been accurate, and the build progressed without any delays, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. Any defects identified were rectified immediately, giving us confidence that things were being handled properly and professionally.

A special mention to Joshua, our Site Manager who has done a fantastic job throughout the build, keeping things moving and ensuring issues were addressed quickly. Julie, our Building Support Coordinator has been wonderful, always approachable, helpful and great at keeping us updated. Tara from Studio M was a pleasure to deal with, making the selections process a positive experience and helping us along the way no matter how many times we made changes! Jenna, our Pre-Site Manager was extremely patient with us and always provided prompt responses.

The team has been approachable, responsive and genuinely great to deal with. Building a home can be a daunting process, but Metricon has made it a really positive experience for us and we always felt comfortable asking questions. We are so grateful to Joshua, Julia, Tara, Jenna and the wider Metricon team for helping make our build such a positive experience. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all Metricon staff who were involved in this project. 1, Selection and pre-design When we came to Kellyville Home Show a few years ago, faced with numerous builders and buildings of different styles, we were attracted by the grand and imposing house of Metricon BORDEAUX 57. The saleswoman who greeted us in the display home was a very graceful, patient lady. After repeatedly comparing the display homes of various building companies, we ultimately chose Metricon BORDEAUX 57. Firstly, your company's show home was very much in line with our needs. Secondly, one of your sales representatives, who has a strong background in architectural design, visited us for face-to-face meetings nearly 20 times. We also contacted her via email and phone to ask all kinds of questions. Every time, she responded to our questions in a very friendly, patient, thorough, and professional manner. She also provided valuable reference suggestions during the subsequent design process. This enabled us to gain a thorough understanding of the project and develop a sense of trust and confidence throughout the process of selecting and making enquiries about the project. We signed a preliminary agreement in March 2024 and began the initial design phase. 2, Design and Tender There was a great deal of work at this stage，the designer and Sales Lady made quite a number of modifications to the sample drawings based on the actual site conditions and our requirements, achieving a result that met both Council regulations and our expectations。The designer and Sales Lady demonstrated outstanding professionalism, putting their heads together and cleverly working out the plan and finalizing the drawings. The designer was conscientious and responsible, providing reasonable and satisfactory solutions that balanced policy requirements with customer needs。 The DA approval from Paramatta Council was obtained smoothly and quickly. 3， Pre-site Management Feedback for this stage has already been provided to Metricon in Oct 2025. 4， Site Construction and Management During the 10 months of construction, two Site Managers took turns overseeing and managing the construction work and conducting inspections. Both Site Managers were highly professional and responsible, effectively managing the project schedule and quality control, and communicating with the owner in a timely manner at every stage to explain the construction progress. Whenever the construction team deviated from the requirements, they promptly identified and corrected the issues. Particularly during the inspection and acceptance stage, the managers conducted extremely thorough inspections, ensuring that the building was completed on time and delivered to the required standards. 5，Service team support Each stage had different company liaisons who provided effective communication and back-office support. Communication was smooth. Emails were answered promptly and issues were resolved. 6，Suggestions and Improvements Overall, we were satisfied with every stage of the project and it also fulfilled our dream of building a new house. The speed of the company's project timeline amazed the surrounding residents，with construction starting in October 2025 when the company put up its sign， and completion in July 2026. All aspects of the project and construction site were arranged in a well-organized manner and progress was very fast。 A suggestion for improvement, some individual finishing-stage construction workers do not pay sufficient attention to quality, resulting in some deviations and material damage. These issues were also corrected under the inspection and arrangements of the Site Manager. However, they inevitably cause some rework and waste of materials and effort for Metricon. It is recommended that the review and supervision of construction workers be strengthened to reduce and eliminate rework and damage. In accordance with Metricon's requirements, we do not mention the names of specific staff members when writing Feedback. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to them once again and ask Metricon to give them the recognition they deserve.

He is always available to answer questions, address concerns and provide clear updates on the progress of the build. Having a site manager who is approachable and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction has given us great confidence and peace of mind during construction. Our Building Support Coordinator, Brittney, has also been exceptional. She has been proactive, organised and consistently available to assist with any coordination requirements. Her prompt responses and willingness to help have made the administrative side of the process straightforward and stress-free. Building a home can often be a challenging experience, but so far the construction phase has been smooth, well managed and transparent. The coordination between John and Brittney has ensured that we always know what is happening and what to expect next.
