Laundry Powerpoint in wrong location, Pantry Splashbacks missed, External windows leak during rain, grouts/ caulking missed in wet areas. Poor Render quality, never seen a render peel off from the external wall and damages to laundry bench top that was patched using a handy man. What stood out most was how well the session was managed. The staff could better explain about the inclusions and can help in selecting the best options. It’s good if you develop a 3 D software which the customers can visualize how the exterior looks like after the color selection.

colours and home feelings throughtough every part of the house. we were lucky we had her and she has a really good taste. However, i dont like how carlisle is not flexible at all, we want to put a 3000mm ceiling which they allowed however, they dont allowed to have a 2700mm doors. their limit is 2400mm (I think is super important to have 3m ceiling with 2.7m height doors). Also, We want to install some smart toilets from TOTO (what they offered is not smart at all and not good quality) , they cannot offer it or buy it E&S and install it or allow us to supply it. We would have to install them after the build then therefore we need a water point in the bathroom which they wont provide it. There are more examples like this which is not ideal especially if you have dreamed having this in your home. The reason for the three start is about bad experiences with previous CLEs and team leaders that were unresponsive and not helpful at all with our enquirys, now after a long fight, we were able to get a good responsive CLE which is really helpful and responsive.

We have recently build home with Carlise . Everything was smooth before hand over . Post handover they were supposed to install cooktop and dishwasher. It has been a month they have left us with no cooktop and dishwasher . After multiple of follow up no response . Hard to reach site supervisor now . Only one staff that was easy to communicate was [Name Removed]. After our file was handed over from her to [Name Removed], she has been nothing but a ghost . I could never get her over the phone to discuss any matters .

People have said it right . Please be aware once they take your money site supervisor does not answer your call. They are active during the payment time . Once all payment is clear be ready to actively chase them .
