**Sales and Selection Teams** The Sales and Selection departments continue to impress. Their structured approach, attention to detail, and overall customer engagement have been strong. The selection process was well-managed, and the team ensured we felt supported throughout.

**Areas for Improvement – Customer Service & Preselection Estimation** While the front-end experience has been positive, the customer service post-sales needs attention. We’ve encountered frequent changes in customer service representatives, which disrupts continuity and leads to repeated explanations of the same issues. Additionally, responses to queries have often lacked follow-up or acknowledgment, leaving us uncertain whether our concerns were fully understood or resolved.

Preselection estimation also requires refinement. The coordination between sales and estimation could be tighter to avoid wrong pricings on PWC.

**Looking Ahead – Second Build Expectations** This is our second time building with Celebration Homes, which speaks to our overall confidence in the brand. However, we sincerely hope the construction phase is better planned and executed than our previous experience, where delays were a concern. We’re optimistic that the team will deliver with even greater precision and care this time around.

The admin stage has taken far longer than advised. We were told it would take 5–6 months, but we are now approaching 7 months and construction has still not started, despite our land already being titled. We have repeatedly been told the final plans were complete and that construction would commence within two weeks, only to be told again that… Read more

Overall, we are very disappointed with how long the admin stage has taken and the lack of clear, consistent timelines.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE HANDOVER! – Forced to change my 5-star review to a 1-star courtesy the worst customer service provided by Celebration Homes since the handover! From the day I completed my PCI in mid November 2025, they have just kicked all the defects down the road and I have been chasing them only to get promises that they will come back with an update. only after I follow up again and ask me to provide same photos each time. The customer service rep has changed 4 times with each one blaming the other one for not informing. The build quality at the end wasn't up to the expectation and they had ignored obvious defects. :(

Richa from Celebration Homes has been awesome to work with. Very patient, honest and always ready with wonderful advise and inputs resulting in value for money! We had many other cheaper quotes for our build but her engagement and consistency from CBH was the main difference and made it easy for us to choose them over others! We had Shaun as our SS and he was very detailed the whole build which we were very impressed with and made sure the house came out perfect which it definitely did because with all of our private building inspectors reports nothing major got noted. We built through winter and the Christmas break and the build was only 9 months which we were impressed with.

I’d definitely recommend building with celebrations and especially with all the people we dealt with.
