In the time that it took us to secure our desired block of land (which was extremely competitive!), gather all the information required to consider various options and customisations for our floorplan, price them all, collate & compile the final decisions, and sign the draft contract, Abel was very responsive, responding even in the late hours of the night and he remained committed to the pricing he quoted us verbally when preparing the final contract. As we had all the numbers upfront, and at no point did my partner and I feel like we couldn't make a decision because any information we requested was being withheld from us or anything like that. The one time we did express our worries that we might not find time to finalise all our decisions (as we both work full-time jobs!), Abel was understanding and assured us that we would not be signing any contracts until my partner and I were comfortable and confident with our decisions - even if that meant delaying until the next month. We appreciate your helpfulness and hospitality to date Abel, and trust this will continue throughout the construction and post-construction phases too!!

variation payments, but once i signed the Documents suddenly they need proof of full funds before construction . But surprise surprise, this was never mentioned in all previous interaction .

And then again, what was the need for the payment plan if all along they needed full payments ?

Now they are threatening me that ooh we wont proceed to construction until you show that you have the funds . Well, should you not have asked it before ?

Incredibly disappointing . Now it looks like you are unprepared and don't have the funds , while all along you were made to believe that you would split the payments into instalments

Be very careful and get everything in writing

The admin stage has taken far longer than advised. We were told it would take 5–6 months, but we are now approaching 7 months and construction has still not started, despite our land already being titled. We have repeatedly been told the final plans were complete and that construction would commence within two weeks, only to be told again that… Read more

plans were still being finalised. Most recently, delays were attributed to clarifying a GPO location, which we had already confirmed.

Overall, we are very disappointed with how long the admin stage has taken and the lack of clear, consistent timelines.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE HANDOVER! – Forced to change my 5-star review to a 1-star courtesy the worst customer service provided by Celebration Homes since the handover! From the day I completed my PCI in mid November 2025, they have just kicked all the defects down the road and I have been chasing them only to get promises that they will come back with an update. only after I follow up again and ask me to provide same photos each time. The customer service rep has changed 4 times with each one blaming the other one for not informing. The build quality at the end wasn't up to the expectation and they had ignored obvious defects. :(

We had many other cheaper quotes for our build but her engagement and consistency from CBH was the main difference and made it easy for us to choose them over others! We had Shaun as our SS and he was very detailed the whole build which we were very impressed with and made sure the house came out perfect which it definitely did because with all of our private building inspectors reports nothing major got noted. We built through winter and the Christmas break and the build was only 9 months which we were impressed with.
