Wonderful customer support and fantastic product – I had been researching lithium batteries for my new caravan for months and had a short list of two. I finally chose ATG because of reviews that indicated a good product and customer service. Initially I ordered one single 300 amp battery but after the van arrived it was too big by 10 mms. I had a conversation with Allan, their National Sales Manager and he sent two 150 amp batteries, even prior to sending other battery back. He was always approachable and willing to achieve the best result for me. I have had a chance to test the batteries on a shake down trip in the van off grid and they performed brilliantly. We were away for 5 days, using a 95 litre fridge, rice cooker, washing machine, tv streaming, lights and charging multiple devices. We didn’t scrimp on our use of power and the batteries were recharged by 11 am each day. We used 600 watts of solar.
