Follow-up · Not as impressed this year. Tried to get something organised for the end of this financial year and was told that 5 or 6 business days notice was needed, (I can’t remember now which it was) and that it was too late to submit it. Seems ridiculous in this computer age, that it needed to be submitted before my pay had been finalised by my employer.
Lots of help – I made three calls to customer service today and my issues and concerns were addressed ..excellent customer service from both customer service officers . My Doubts were put to rest and everything explained perfectly . Thank you Kyle and the other lovely customer service agent I think with an Irish accent .

As an industry, a lot of the people using salary packaging are in the not-for-profit sector, which is largely made up of women. Returning to work after having a child is already a big adjustment for women; balancing work, a baby, the inevitable never-ending daycare illnesses, and everything else that comes with postpartum. Having to then sort out additional life-admin, like salary packaging issues on top, presents an unnecessary burden for women during a pivotal life change.
Needless to say, with Access Pays’ current procedures, it feels like a lot of the responsibility sits with the individual to manage or follow up, even when there’s a clear gap in the individual’s pay. Given this is a service we are paying for, it can be frustrating to have to navigate these kinds of issues during an already demanding time. Overall, it’s just another burden many women face when returning to the workforce after maternity leave. I would like for your company to consider either, better ways to communicate what to do when you know there is going to be gaps in your pay (such as before going on maternity leave, extended medical leave & etc), or consider implementing a different process for checking with either employers, or employees who receive the access pay benefits.

have excellent phone manner and are prepared for anything or any type of personality on the line, your call control and I can also tell that this treatment extends to every caller/ Call back and potential customer that you have.

Their app experience however is abysmal. All I want from the salary packaging app is to check my balance. This requires 12 clicks and SMS verification. For an app that is read-only the ancient, inefficient and unnecessary security measures they put in place are an embarrassment.

basically theft.
I had many services linked to the card with auto pay or auto direct debit that was scheduled to come out of the account as well which has really impacted my life now.
I have attempted to contact your customer service team by phone and email but have received no response since.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The only way to submit your entertainment claim is via the website only or you pay a fees to get a special card. My other job uses MySalPack - you can use a free app to submit claims so easily (no fees charged). AccessPay wants you to pay for the card that they don't develop an app. I submitted the claims on the portal… Read more
(done it many times before) but the claims didn't go through - I believe it's due to their IT issue as I couldn't access to their next pay date on the calendar, I felt the portal was a bit weird. I asked for confirmation via email - said it was rejected or not submitted. I sent two invoices asking to accept the claims but I was told to submit them myself ! No help at all.
