already had NLA as a partner so that made it even easier. Once I put a a deposit down David organised had his part of the paper work. There was a considerable delay in getting the Tax Invoice on behalf of GAC (nothing to do with NLA). But when we finally got the paper work David wrapped everything up in a day.

process. Ryan was immediately empathetic to my issues, and showed a deep understanding of the problems this could (and did) cause. His attitude throughout has been impressively calm, professional and reassuring. The whole way through the process, he made it clear that I was in control of what steps were taken, and emphasised that if I had any doubts at all, we could stop the process, until I was sure that I wanted to proceed. This attitude gave me a real sense of being in control, and safe. Ryan is, in my opinion, a huge asset to your business, and I commend him for his attitude and willingness to help me to understand the most basic things, that I got stuck on. His patience, calm and reassuring demeanour made a slow (because of me!) process go smoothly. I cannot praise him highly enough, and I feel that he deserves a bonus, and/or pay increase! Novated Leases Australia were also able to get me the best price on a new MG S5 EV through their contacts with fleet groups and established dealerships. Their quotes were detailed and easy to follow, and after comparing them with quotes from eight other novated lease providers for the same car, I found theirs to be the most competitive when also considering the price they were able to negotiate for a new car.
Once I’d decided on the car, model, and colour, the lease was set up and I picked up the car within 5 business days. Overall, I’m happy with how the process went and would recommend Novated Leases Australia, especially if it’s your first time arranging a novated lease. Happy customer!
