It’s been a month since I ended my novated lease and I still have the payments coming out of my pay!!! I was told I had $685 in the account that would be returned when there’s actually more than double that!!! I’m now essentially paying my car off twice and it’s ruining me financially. It’s absolutely disgusting that remserv seems to think this is an ok thing to do to a person. I would never use remserv or recommend them to anyone. I was also told it could take 90days to have the money refunded to me?! Not ok and I am going to take this to Qld ombudsmen.

I have had a number of novated leases and the service I received at Remserv was head and shoulders above anything I have experienced. They are knowledgable and willing to go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Particularly the support I received from Ralph O and Alison M was spectacular. Thank you both!

Worst company in Australia
I have never come across a more incompetent bunch of clowns in my life. From day one they sit back and wait for you to do all the work and then when you confront them they start making up excuses and blame everyone under the sun. If you complain - They are very quick to investigate - The only problem is they investigate themselves.. So you can expect what the outcome would be. If I did not have to deal with these clowns I would never have done so. Beware - This is by far the worst service I have ever had with any company. Rude, incompetent clowns.

Very smooth process
This was my first novated lease, and Jordan Guthrie was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He kept me updated with progress and was always happy to answer any questions I had.
Ralph and Alison was amazing. They were assisting with all the paper works and provided guidance. Happy with the service.
They are the worst of all the salary sacrifice providers
I don't understand why they are so bad at what they do. I had issues with them when I salary packaged with them from 2014 to 2017 not once but almost every year when I resubmitted my lease. I would have to call them repeatedly to get them to fix their mistakes so that I could get paid. In the meantime since 2017, I have salary packaged with 3 different providers, Bendigo bank, Access Pay and Go Salary and never had one issue with any of them. Not one! I've gone to set up my new package with Remserv two weeks ago, submitted my lease ten days ago... Read more and then on my first pay yesterday they have failed to pay me, apparently because they forgot to complete my set up on their end. I had to call them to get this information as they didn't even notify me. And I was told on set up that they are collecting $100 as 'bond' from all their clients now. The absolute cheek of this when they provide such a rubbish service. I feel sorry for the good people who work here because they are only doing their job but there is something really wrong with the overall structure of their org to create this level of incompetence.
Great when they want you to sign up, don't want to know you when your lease is ending
They were all smiles and contacts when I was enquiring about a lease. At the end of my lease they have continued to deduct from my pay more than a month after the paperwork to finish the lease was submitted and the contract term had ended. They have two different portals, and you don't use the novated lease portal to end your novated lease. This was not mentioned until more than a month after the end of the lease. Going on two months later and I still haven't had my additional post-tax contributions returned to me. No interest is paid on additi... Read moreonal funds taken after end of lease. I still need to pay for petrol and maintenance to the vehicle but cannot claim that against the additional funds already deducted from my pay, so essentially paying for everything twice. Vehicle already paid out in full but remserv still deducting loan payments for vehicle.
