What can I say. I dealt with Anthony Leone and I could not before impressed and grateful for his services. Anthony explained in very tight detail what Novate Leasing was and the benefits, what to watch out for and what to consider. I dealt with Jordan and Anjali mostly who were both incredible. They made the whole process easy to understand, without pressure and with guidance and I could not recommend doing this more if it works for your situation. Show reply
Aggressive sales tactics, trying to sell additional insurance via phone without being asked to do so. Misleading information and lack of transparency Zero communication after signing the novated lease. Unable to contact anyone in contrast to invasive contact trying to sell the lease. One and a half weeks after signing lease nothing has been progressed. If you have a choice I would stay clear.

I recently used Maxxia Novated Lease to lease a new car. The whole process from initial contact, explanation of how it works, selecting a vehicle, liaising with my employer, to delivery of the car was very simple and handled very professionally by my Maxxia consultant Traci Bianchi. The consultant I was dealing with, Jordan, was fantastic and very patient with all my questions. He provided me with all the information I requested and response time was superb. I was very impressed with his professionalism at all times. Thank you.
Follow-up · Only issue is trying to get through to someone via the MyCarAssist number. Today I waited over 40min, and previous 2 calls the waiting time was 20-30min. You need more staff to handle the enquiries. I also tried to email MyCarAssist, and they responded over a week later. Not good enough when it comes to customer service.

over 6 hrs each time, there customers service just keeps shifting the blame to a third party. I will not be staying with Maxxia very long no salary sacrifice is worth struggling and waiting

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Butter you up pre-order, then woeful communication afterwards. Still waiting 2 months for my registration and CTP insurance to be paid in full. Tried to organise a novated lease through Maxxia and the experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. simple question about the interest rate, they finally revealed it, and unsurprisingly, it was around 3% higher than all competitors. That’s not a small difference; over the life of a lease, that’s thousands of dollars.
When I raised this, there was zero willingness to explain, justify, or even negotiate. Just a flat refusal to engage. It’s hard not to feel like they’re taking advantage of the fact they hold an exclusive arrangement with my workplace, effectively removing any real choice and competition. You’re locked in, and they know it.
On top of that, trying to get clear answers is like pulling teeth. Direct questions are sidestepped, responses are vague, and communication feels deliberately evasive.
Overall, the entire process felt opaque, overpriced, and dismissive. I would strongly caution anyone to scrutinise every detail and, if possible, explore alternatives, because this experience seriously undermines trust. How on earth there are so many 5 star reviews bewilders me. no one in my workplace has any positive thing to say in any way about thier experiences with Maxxia.

Did not receive confirmation of delivery date so I chased the sales guy who was not interested and said he doesn't deal with that information. Ralph was really patient with me across this process from the end of my former lease to move into a new lease and new car. It was from the beginning in looking at new cars right through to before I got into and drove away with my new current car and lease. They were fine until I signed up, then customer service disappears. They had the option of using their insurance which was very expensive so I arranged my own.
