Very easy to sort stuff over the phone
Donna was a friendly customer care consultant and was easily able to help with my claims and queries over the phone. I was initially a bit confused about the benefits I was eligible for and how to go about certain claims but that was quickly clarified and I was able to maximise my benefits.
Don't waste your time.
Emails will be ignored, they only provide half of any useful information when they do contact. They will order your car and then 4 days later tell you the dealer sold it. Additionally, The Waiting! Want a car this year? perhaps try elsewhere first. - A lot of the waiting will be on your employer to respond, they won't tell you this but if you call your work they will send through whatever is required sooner . But be warned, they act like they don't need your buisness.

After having difficulties navigating the website and finding it impossible to log onto the app, I phoned and spoke to Austin. He was so friendly and helpful and went out of his way to ensure that my issue was sorted. Really impressed with his efficient service. Unfortunately Maxxia had not contacted me to inform me that they needed to increase my fuel and insurance payments which was a bit annoying. At least it's done now.
Zoe & June we’re both very helpful when I transferred my novated lease over to Maxxia. They both provided excellent support, followed up questions promptly and dealt with an issue out of their control. Overall very happy with the service provided, which was significantly better than my previous novated lease company
Overall good, but lack of transparency and unanswered questions
I started with submitting a query online where a representative was to call me, but never happened. Upon calling them to request this, I did have a good consultant contact me, who took initiative, followed up a number of times and informed me ahead of time about her leave and what's in place for her leave, but her annual leave consultants were nowhere near as good. They never replied to my emails, so I had to call a few working days later, excluding the public holidays, even though I was told not to call and email was best. I also found several...people were responding and none were clearly answering my queries, some still not answered even though I was told they were forwarded to someone else. These are common questions like, what's the finance interest rate and why am I told I don't have to pay GST but I do on 100% of the residual amount, as well as on the post tax amount according to the proposal. It's certainly not all salary packaged either, only about 40% of mine is. All in all, there was a lack of transparency and knowledge, but my main consultant was much more eager and responsive, but appears her colleagues have not communicated with her well. My whole Maxxia account was then closed and a new member number created rather than being merged, all without my knowledge and not how the automated emails stated was the process. So I lost access to my other salary packaging accounts and figured this out for myself, as 4 days later I've again not had a reply about why I couldn't log in. The automated emails are also not accurate. They state the car had been ordered once I agree, as though things are final and will be quick. Then weeks past and more emails and again, lack of transparency with emails stating one thing, then something else happens and then consultants telling you yet another angle, such as don't get insurance now, wait until the car is in your possession. Yet then receiving emails stating insurance certificates are required before payroll will accept. I think retraining on a number of areas is and an IT update is required.
