Customer service with Kiran Payaram the last couple of days was excellent. Kiran went out of his way to ensure all was done correctly and efficiently when I changed insurers for my car and also for the rego direct payment. Very efficient and polite. Give this guy a bonus in his next pay!

Richard from Maxxia was helpful with every question I had, and guided me through the process of leasing a vehicle. Much easier than I expected. I would highly recommend salary packaging, and if you have the opportunity to use Maxxia, it's all surprisingly easy.

Online chat assistance
Today I used the chat online and was in contact with a lovely lady Kerry.
Kerry spend a while with me and answered all my questions. She assisted me in making informed decisions about my accommodation claims. Which I personally find daunting.
I am very impressed with the assistance that I received, and cannot speak too highly about Kerry. I still have documents to submit and follow up with, I can only hope that I get Kerry again. Kerry was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable.

Customer services is incredibly slow
Everything takes 5 days. I send an email 5 days later I get a response, I then respond, 5 days later another response. I put in a claim, 10 days later it gets processed, incorrectly, takes another 5 days to get a reply. Incredibly frustrating.

Misleading and deceptive
When setting up our contract we were advised that specific tyres we wanted on our vehicle would be approved but would need to be budgeted for as they cost more than standard road tyres. Contract states tyres 'altered to customer specifications' however when we put the tyres budgeted for on the vehicle Maxxia refused to pay and we had 3 days to pay $1000 out of our own pocket for the tyres.
Requested that Maxxia close my account and was advised that money would still be taken from that fortnights pay as it was too late to make the necessary changes for my employers payroll. Now a full fortnight later Maxxia have again taken nearly $900 from my pay although my fuel card is cancelled, my account is apparently closed and I am paying insurance on the vehicle myself and have a loan repayment due in less than a week which I will not be able to pay as Maxxia have my money but are not paying the costs on the car.
I have called three times today and have been given no answers, no resolution and no one gets back to me when they say they will.
Thanks for putting me in financial distress yet again.

They have a good online claims system, helpful staff, and make the whole salary packaging process easy. Call centre was helpful when required. They take all the effort off your plate.

I spoke with your customer service operator yesterday regarding claiming venue hire/ holiday accommodation. They were very patient and explained my options clearly , even when I asked them to repeat the information again.
