Accolade Weather Screens

We recently engaged Accolade Screens to remove and replace our PVC screens with new PVC. Even though we did not purchase the screens from them initially 10 years ago, they were more than willing to assist (the previous company still trading would not return any of our calls sadly). They did a major service on the screens and replaced all the PVC with new in our verandah

Fantastic company to deal with. Fast construction after getting a quote online and 2 days later had proper measure and quote. Within a week from the quote had screens installed. Fantastic quality and professional install. So happy with the results.

Supply and fit 2 sliding and 1 swing door – Quickly gave a quote even tho' having to come to Mt Duneed. Requested 25% deposit and promised 4 weeks delivery. All acurately delivered and very well priced. Was very suprised at the quality. Matched the existing building perfectly. Would recomend them to anyone. Our Accolade screens are not weather proof!! – Advertising states that their screens block both wind and rain. But then in their contact they state that the screens are not 100% weatherproof. So what is true? We have constructed a great sunroof that has been spoilt by the fact we cannot sit in the room whenever the wind is blowing because of the breeze that enters the room. been out to "solve" the problem but it still remains "unsolved" and now they refuse to help us any further. Rain water also enters the room under the back door. The warranty obviously means naught.

Weather screens to transform Patio Area – We were looking to install glass bifold doors in the patio area which was turning out to be very hard as the patio opening was 2.7M+ tall. PVC Weather Screens done as well, he got the quote from the both companies and in the end did not go with Accolade Screen, he had his fitted before I did and was very disappointed in the workmanship of the fitting of the screens they did... I went round to his house to check out the screens, and I agree that the workmanship was not that great at all... it looks like the person had no pride in their job and also did not use colour bond screws that went with colour of the scream which was being fitted, and instead just painted over them.. He did have them out to redo the work but still was not happy with the outcome.. He has written a review on them which was asked to be taken down by the salesperson, but he has not... because he was promise when they come out to do the re-work that everything would be done properly... ( I know the review he has written about the other PVC Weather Screens company has had thousands reviews and worth a read about what he went through.. it wouldn't be hard to find the review.. because they are only two company's which do the Screens... )

So I went with Accolade Screens after the experience my friend had... And I could not fault the workmanship of Accolade Screen after the job was done... the person who came and fitted my screens you could tell straightaway he had pride in his job...I got talking to the person and he did tell me he has been working for them for 15 years.. After he was finished he asked me if I had concerns about how the screams of been fitted.. I had a look over them and was very happy in the way he fitted them there was no scratches and he used the correct colour bond screws for the Screens..

The next day in the morning I notice one of the screens had a very small mark on them, which I never seen on the day I looked over them because the sun was directly on to the screen, so I phone Accolade Screens up and explain to them about the small mark off seen on one of the screens, they apologised and explained to me that they were very busy at the moment but they will get back to me within a week or two which I was happy to wait.. They came out seen the mark on the screen and said that we have to take away the door which had the mark on it so they can replace the PVC screen, The next day I had a phone call from Accolade Screens arranging a time to come back out and we fit the door...

So if you're looking for PVC Weather Screen you could not go wrong by using Accolade Screens... : the product is fantastic : workmanship could not fault : and the after sales you can not go wrong with...

Me being a very meticulous person I was very happy that I went with this company instead of the other company which I was considering.. ( I only learnt from my friends experience he had to deal with the other company trying to get the job done correctly......)

Fantastic product , transformed alfresco to an amazing outdoor room. ❤️ – Accolade screens came highly recommended from family and friends and they didn’t disappoint . The staff where lovely to deal with and nothing was to much trouble, great value , look amazing a beautiful and economic way to turn your outside area into another living space for all year round . Best addition to our home/alfresco area – We recently had an alfresco area installed. Vergola roof, polished concrete floors by ConcreteFX and Accolade Weather Screens. the best quality for the money and the best looking. We can have them totally open or totally closed. Best of both worlds. They are made from alluminium colourbond frames and PVC windows. They are very durable and withstood heavy winds and a 6 year old birthdays party with 25 kids testing them out. No damage!
