Ace Pest Control

A real review! – This is probably the only real review you'll see for these guys here. Honestly, the worst experience I've had with a services company. Ace Pest Control is actually one of their numerous website fronts, they are actually Frank's Maintenance. If you find reviews of Frank's Maintenance, you'll see how their customers really feel! We engaged them after ringing around and finding them the best price and they could come out the same day. We explained to them in detail what was wrong - rats under the house and mice I the kitchen - and what sort of house we had, and they told us it would be $300 to treat our situation. The technician came out that afternoon while I was out, inspected and then said it would actually be $350. My wife accepted the increase and he got to work. He then came back with an invoice for $880!! I have spoken with them to understand why the price increase, and they said that the phone quote is not binding. Clearly they don't understand that a quote is binding unless there are incorrect assumptions made. Unfortunately for them, they were aware of all of the circumstances when providing the quote. Unfortunately for us, they didn't care. My advice is not to trust them at all and steer very clear! Oh and do your own research on Frank's Maintenance to see if the other reviews here ring true.
