I bought a golf skort and matching shirt on 4 April 2026. Acegolfs emailed to say they sent the skort that day. 41 days later, it has not arrived. Acegolfs say they sent it. Courier tracking says the sender is preparing to ship it and they will update tracking when they pick up the package. Acegolfs have given me multiple stories about where my skort is: It's still in transit. It's held up in Customs. It's with the courier and in the final stage of delivery. 41 days. No skort. Acegolfs will not refund. Acegolfs want me to wait until it arrives! This experience is as bad as it gets.
