STAY AWAY!!!!! they have a disgraceful return policy and a good 50% of their reviews say items size don't correspond to chart or you need the next size. Clothing runs much much smaller on bust and or waist and yet they take zero responsibility for amending their size chart. No refunds, just a 6 month store credit and no free returns for faulty… Read more

80s. This former nightclub was called the Market St Bistro, and the reunion was held at the Lagoon restaurant. For this milestone occasion, I chose one of my favourite BABYBOO outfits. The outfit did not disappoint. Having worn BABYBOO outfits for many years, I can confidently recommend this brand as it consistently delivers on all fronts. We were charged extra for 1-2 business days delivery and then were told they can’t promise delivery as it depends on when the stock is dispatched. You would think they would advise you before taking your money as you pay for express delivery for a reason.. Not a good way to do business,never again!

Tin, I was told it was too late and that the size I needed (XS) was out of stock — which is clearly false because it’s still showing available on their website.

If you want zero customer support and no help after you buy, shop here. Easily one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with.

I agree 100% with the comments regarding atrocious customer service and lack of accountability for a poor product. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. another with the store credit as an exchange which they encouraged me to do. Again this dress was a bad fit and so I also returned this dress and now I have no store credit as the AI function refuses to acknowledge my order or resend my store credit. To further add to this awful experience the returned dress turned up on my doorstep two days ago. I have now escalated to consumer affairs. I have sent numerous emails and wasted hours of my time. Please do not purchase from this website- I’m embarrassed to say that as an Australian business they are a huge scam and should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers.

This company is IMPOSSIBLE! I paid nearly $30 for expedited shipping. The dress arrived and was WAY too small, even by following the Babyboo size chart. In order to return, you must order another item. There are no refunds only credit. There is also a $20 restocking fee. This company is a SCAM. for items that don’t match the stated measurements — which is not fair. I do not believe I should be penalized for a sizing discrepancy on their end. I was hoping to have these dresses in time for an important occasion, and now I’m left uncertain if replacements will arrive in time. This experience has been very disappointing, and I regret not listening to my colleagues who had similar issues with your store.

exchange if I paid for return shipping, which would cost around $100 (the pants themselves were $350). I declined.

Additionally, in a previous order, the company declared the WRONG and higher value on customs forms, causing me to pay higher fees. Babyboo provided NO assistance in resolving this issue when I tried contacting them.

Scamming website – Package never came, told me I would get a full refund, instead they charged me again. So now I’m double charged and got nothing. Seems like some kind of fraud.
