We were charged extra for 1-2 business days delivery and then were told they can’t promise delivery as it depends on when the stock is dispatched. You would think they would advise you before taking your money as you pay for express delivery for a reason.. Not a good way to do business,never again!

for items that don’t match the stated measurements — which is not fair. I do not believe I should be penalized for a sizing discrepancy on their end. I was hoping to have these dresses in time for an important occasion, and now I’m left uncertain if replacements will arrive in time. Additionally, in a previous order, the company declared the WRONG and higher value on customs forms, causing me to pay higher fees. Babyboo provided NO assistance in resolving this issue when I tried contacting them.

Scamming website – Package never came, told me I would get a full refund, instead they charged me again. So now I’m double charged and got nothing. Seems like some kind of fraud.
