I ordered an Oodie as a birthday gift for my daughter on 18 June with plenty of time to receive it by her birthday. Today is the 29 June and I don’t have any expected delivery date. The delivery was organised through Couriers Please. I have had 2 failed deliveries in the past week. I worked from home for 2 days as they only give a timeframe of… Read more

2 working days and expect you to be home for the entire day with no time window for delivery.

I have spoken and written to Couriers Please on several occasions and the only other solution it provides, aside from waiting home for 2 days, is to pick it up from their depot in Truganina which would be approx 1hr 10min return trip.

I have also contacted Oodie several times regarding the issue and whilst it has been polite, it has offered no alternative solution either. It has followed up with Couriers Please which only resulted in another failed delivery. I was working from home and made myself available for 8 hours, yet Couriers Please did not even attempt to ring my doorbell.

I asked Oodie to cancel the order and send me another via AusPost, yet it insists that it follows up with Couriers Please yet again.

Worth adding that Couriers Please has a 1.3/5 rating online from over 13,000 customers, with many having the same issue as myself.

It would make sense for Oodie to consider another delivery partner as the cost of using Couriers Please would surely have a detrimental impact on its business.

I am most saddened as the Oodie was doing to be my daughter’s main birthday gift this weekend and it looks like she won’t receive it at all.

fragile and if you don't handle with care they can get holes in them, I always wash mine in bra bags and on a cold setting, Oodie has not yet disappointed.

One of the most comfy product! – I bought 2 oodie sleep tee. It's soo comfy, soft, cool material, good for summer, it's stretchy, so I can wrap my body in it and my partner starts wearing it all the time now. I guess I need to buy more soon. Very disappointed in the Oodie Hoodies. Size guide tells me they should be 73cm length, which is hard to find in a hoodie. Unfortunately when it arrived today and I measured, they were only 62cm… A full 11cm shorter than the advertised size guide & way too short for my height! Show details

been over 30 days since I ordered and had them delivered. No resolution just round and round in circles. A different customer support person or chat bot each time. Now my son hasn't got his Christmas present and is extremely disappointed . All I want is what I ordered or my money refunded. Very poor customer support.

Appalling customer service. I ordered PJ pants and received an Oodie by mistake. Apparently they won’t send the correct item until I return the one they incorrectly sent to me. Nor will they set aside the item I ordered so that it doesn’t sell out during this return process. I can understand this policy if the mistake was mine but it was theirs. … Read more

When I pointed out that during Black Friday sales it was likely to sell out the response was “if the item you originally ordered is still available when your return is received, we will prioritise getting it sent to you without delay. If availability becomes an issue, we will work with you to find the best resolution”. What a load of rubbish you delivered the wrong product send the customer the correct one while it’s still available, no having to wait a month before I possible get the item I paid for whilst you happily have my money. Simply asking to keep the ordered item aside is not a big or unreasonable ask. I always taught my family to own up and correct their mistakes clearly this is a company without such morals. Really if I was trying to rip them off I would have kept the Oodie that was worth more than the PJ pants and bought the pants again - I took the honest approach. I will not buy from them again, in any event their standards and quality have dropped.

its was in stock again and buy it. I had purchased the product on sale, and the sale would be well and truely over by this time.

I flagged this with the staff, flagging they were telling me the only way to get the product I wanted after they sent me a poor quality version was to wait and then pay full price.

I was told “Sale prices are only valid during the promotional period, and unfortunately, we aren’t able to extend or reapply discounts once that promotion has ended. This ensures fairness and consistency across all customer orders.”

So apparently, if you get a faulty product from them, its fair for them to make you wait and pay full price if you want a new one…

EDIT: after this review I was connected with another customer service officer who was far more helpful and understanding of my situation and distress

for a second colour option, if I’d like to wait for my colour to be restocked etc. Now I have to waste my time getting a label printed out and then trying to repackage an oversized coat to return for hopefully a speedy refund so I can buy another coat elsewhere. mornings, the socks were especially cosy but every 2nd pair was poorly sewn and thinner than others I bought. I found the hood very uncomfortable on the neck and too hot to wear overnight. Overall glad I purchased. Update, a winter of use later and the cord on both onesies have frayed and snapped, really disappointed, as an arthritis sufferer they brought immediate relief but too expensive to purchase every season,

 Follow-up  · Everything I bought was great except both the cords on the onesies snapped. I really thought they would last for the price and I'm beyond disappointed, I suffer from osteoarthritis and they brought relief, now they do not.

 Follow-up  · Upon trying to return /exchange 2of the 12 items I bought, they told me that they were out of stock, seriously as in they do not have any onesies,!! the website didn't work but I could have a $20 - refund

when they did the information I was needing was missing, ai replied to their email and then nobody replied to me, so I sent another message to their contact form. I eventually got a reply then when I tried the link it was not allowing returns. I then sent a third contact via their form and once again it took a while for the reply. The reply said that I would get a return in 2-5 days but when I used the new return link it said that the time taken for the return had now expired. I tried sending an email to the staff member of oodie who has put her email address in response to other people with issues with oodie and she hasn't responded to me either. I am very disappointed with their lack of customer service and would be very reluctant to purchase again.

 Follow-up  · Hi Steph, Following up...Oodie ended up sending me the reply paid postage form to print at home (it had gone into my junk mail.... so make sure you check there!). I have returned the Sherpa Jumper, but I am still waiting to receive my refund.

Fantastic customer service! I received an incorrect Oodie in my order, not a big deal, these things happen. My issue was addressed the same day as notification, along with the correct Oodie express posted. A pic of the outside label was requested to ensure the mistake didn’t happen again. My son bought this set for me and I love him for it BUT they are ridiculously long, the flared bottoms are ridiculous and they are definitely not made for anyone with shape. Like why are the so tight around the thighs? I'm not even big but the shape of the pants is just straight up and down. Very disappointed and don't recommend.

Bought 2 onesies. They were “reduced” in price to more than $50 each. I checked the size guide to make sure they were the right size but they arrived way too small. The cuffs were also very tight. didnt wash out. My hands were left with a film of something a fine waxy feel on them like petroleum jelly.. on using this my face felt irritated where it touched my skin. Its not the quality i expected I beleived that Oodie products were OEKO-TEX products but could not see a label that related to this on the blanket. I wouldnt buy a blanket or bedding that wasnt certifed safe! Soooo I sent an email to Oodie asking about the product i received. NO REPLY! Their customer service is not good , they did not get back to me and now i cant return it because I've washed it twice before using it.. Wasted my money and had to go out to buy another throw for my bed. Brought an Aldi throw and its got OEKO-TEX label, its thick and cosy and quality is what i wanted at half the price.

Terrible customer service ! Ordered the items and the shipping details are not updated for 7 working days . When contacted the customer support to check the status of the shipment / check the item location , they simple send you a complaint form which take 30 days for resolution. Really disappointed . They take your money and not treating you well after the purchase . Terrible experience

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order for several socks and sleep T-shirts, and one of the items arrived faulty — the print design was completely upside down and unreadable when worn. Unfortunately, this item was meant to be a birthday gift, which made the situation even worse. It was so… Read more

embarrassing when this gift was opened and the product was clearly printed incorrectly.

I contacted customer support straight away and provided clear photos showing the issue. Instead of resolving the problem properly, I was told I would need to return the faulty item at my own expense in order to receive a refund or replacement. This is completely unreasonable — I should not be expected to spend my time and money fixing a mistake that wasn’t mine.

If the company wants the faulty item back, they should be arranging and covering collection themselves.

After going back and forth over multiple emails, the only resolution offered was a $15 partial refund “to resolve things quickly.” This completely misses the point. I don’t want a partial refund — I simply want the item I paid for, in proper condition.

It’s clear that my concerns were not properly read or understood, as the responses failed to address the actual issue. I ordered a product expecting it to arrive as described, and instead received a faulty item.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Poor quality control, lack of accountability, and unhelpful customer service. I won’t be ordering again.
