The fabric is lightweight and very soft. I wore mine whilst travelling in the car as well as at the beach as I have skin that is prone to burning and skin cancers removed previously. Protecting my skin whilst enjoying the outdoors is my number 1 priority. I am so grateful for this attractive shirt. I will be taking them overseas with me as well. My hubby has the mens Large in grey, it's fantastic & fits him perfectly. I tried it on but it's huge on me. More available colours in the ladies style would be awesome

Put my new Slate Grey Nashie to the test on a recent beach holiday. I was really happy with the look and feel both in and out of the water. The shirt dries really fast and it doesn't cling when wet. My husband wore the shorts and the Black Palms short sleeved shirt in a triathalon last weekend and was told by a few people, he was doing it in style! He was very comfortable all day and did look very smart! It was extremely easy to pick him out in the swim amongst all the other's. Very pleased with all the products!

This is the 5th Nashie I have purchased. I have friends commenting on how nice they are. So I buy for presents all the time.
I bought 2 short sleeve and a long sleeve for my adult son. His skin and the sun do not mix, but he does not like rashie sun shirts. These were perfect. website said, but their warehouse has apparently moved to VIC recently. Australia post was able to redirect the parcel though so I was able to receive it a week or so later! The reason I mention this is because I reached out to the company via email with feedback telling them I was upset by this as their website had incorrect information and they responded quickly and kindly. Their customer service lead is lovely and their company should be very proud as most online only companies I have communicated with have not been so open to feedback or polite.
Moving onto the swim shirt itself, I have worn it twice now, once to swim in calm surf and on a beach walk. I was very pleased with it swimming, I was expecting it to get very heavy and drag me down but it didn’t at all, and it really does dry in 10-15 minutes. For the beach walk it was definitely a little bit warmer then say a linen shirt but I didn’t find it uncomfortable in the slightest and I was able to play with my dog in the surf knowing I wouldn’t be stuck in a wet and yuck shirt for the rest of the day. Also seems to be semi sand resistant, it didn’t bring as much sand in my car as other beach covers or rashies seem to do.
I think it was slightly larger than I was expecting but not to its detriment, It definitely looks nice enough to wear to lunch or a casual dinner after a swim.
My only critique is that I wish it had more designs in their long sleeve women’s shirts and that when it arrived it did have a fair few threads I had to trim.
I’ll be keeping an eye on this company and completely recommend them! I am glazing them so much but I genuinely haven’t been this impressed by a clothing item in quite a while.

5minutes your dry you can go shopping and it even looks like a smart shirt to wear about as a day to day wear. One person said to me you have a Nashie I love them they are great he said.
Through out the cruise I wore it, it feels so smooth like silk and light weight. I can see myself buying another. Highly recommended to by one or two

These are just awesome. Brought 2. Colours are excellent. Wore 1, rode the bike, swam, rode some more, another swim, rode some more and then headed back to our apartment. The Nashie is a great bit of kit. The long sleeves are easily rolled up, and then down when additional protection is required.
The cut is almost tailored giving a smart casual appearance. At 6’2” and 100kg, the XL is a great fit and comfortable to swim in and wear as a casual shirt. The fabric is breathable and copes with the humidity better than a tshirt.
Easy to get on and off unlike a traditional rashie and when teamed with a smart pair of board shorts really does transition from a swimming set to casual wear.
Hopefully some additional colours are on the drawing board as I would certainly buy again.

immediately think, “Oh. Oh yes. This is it.” The fit? Like nailing a reverse park even with the kid screaming in the back seat. The look? Effortlessly cool without trying too hard but still grabbing the attention of passersby by. The sun protection? My future, wrinkle-free self says not today leatherback old man.
Fast forward to this year: I’m heading overseas for a beach holiday and instead of debating outfits like I usually do, I went straight into “no thoughts, just Nashie” mode and hurriedly bought my second one. Zero regrets. Honestly, the only stress was choosing which colour because apparently I now feel like I’ll be collecting a full Nashie wardrobe.
What I love most: • The fit – Snug in the right places, forgiving in the “I enjoyed the buffet” places. It feels secure enough for swimming, beach walks, and dramatic slow-motion exits from the ocean (think manifesting 007 vibes). • The look – It somehow manages to say “stylish beach god” and “responsible adult who wears SPF” at the same time. • The sun safety – I can actually enjoy the beach instead of rotating like a rotisserie chicken to avoid burning. Less reapplying sunscreen on my back = more time lost in a book and fighting off seagulls trying steal my fish & chips.
It’s rare to find something that makes you feel confident, practical, and a little bit smug about your life choices all at once — but here we are.
Safe to say this won’t be my last Nashie. At this point, I’m basically building a collection. Beach holiday? Nashie. Pool day? Nashie. Standing dramatically by the water contemplating life? Also Nashie.

tight, uncomfortable traditional rash guards. He says they’re super comfortable, with that UPF50+ protection blocking out those harmful rays, and they dry so quickly after a swim or surf session. These have quickly become his favourite shirts –(l ordered the Blue striped as well as the Olive Green) he wears them not just at the beach but for casual outings too. The quality is top-notch, aligning perfectly with standard UPF-rated apparel, and the factual claims about UV blockage and quick-drying properties hold up 100%. If you’re looking for sun-smart clothing that’s actually fashionable, Nashie is the way to go. Highly recommend – we’ll be buying more!

The very first Nashie is for my son-in-law, when 3 generations of family go on a cruise later this year. I will also be getting Nashies for my daughter and myself.
