Product quality really depends on the brand however if you are not satisfied just head back into the store you purchased it from or return online. I had one order which got cancelled and I wasn’t given any email about cancellation. Only one shoe arrived and that too came put to a womens shoe I had to go back to the store twice and it wasn’t just okay as I paid express shipping as well. I purchased a pair of Nike shoes a week or two ago,and when I got home they really weren’t what I was after so I went back to the place of purchase and asked if they would swap them which was no problem and was served with a smile which is very refreshing these days. I'm really impressed with the comfort and quality. The fit is perfect, and the fabric is so soft and lightweight that it almost feels like you're wearing nothing at all. It moves comfortably throughout the day and is great for both workouts and casual wear.

I ordered shoes online, I returned to store to exchange for a bigger side. They had to order the size in. However refunded me the money and made me pay the $260 instead of exchanging with a store credit. The money still hasn’t reached my account and I have my new shoes. I’m now still out of pocket an extra $260. I won’t be buying from this company again. Show details

I paid extra for express delivery but my order was split into multiple shipments without any clear warning before checkout. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for express shipping especially when I have to wait for different parcels to arrive on different days. your hundreds of dollars gets left out side. Also my package got split into two order and I only got given one tracking number there were no confirmation of when this will be delivered.

The delivery was exceptional, my shoes got delivered 3 days after ordering them online.
