No refund and no package !I ordered in December and it’s now end of February and still no delivery. I have contacted the customer support department and it seems he package is returned to the sender by DHL. So out of ‘courtesy’ the customer service team has offered to send a new order but I have to pay for all the additional costs. and the other option is to get a refund, minus the shipping costs, in store credit. First they make you wait for months, which is okay since it’s coming from China and South Korea. But when the package doesn’t get delivered because the shipping company is making a mess out of things, they simply make YOU pay! This is outrageous!!! Yesstyle makes customers pay for their wrongs instead of holding DHL accountable. Never order here otherwise you lose your money, because refunds are made in store credit, which means you have to use the credit to pay for another order.
False advertising, terrible customer service, no real delivery time providedI have placed an order with them on the 6 of January. All the items ordered appeared to be in stock. Shipping method Premium Standard, advertised on their site the delivery time to be up to 14 working days. The confirmation email stated 27 January expected shipping date. On the 21 of January I received an email from them advising one of the items I ordered has yet to come from their suppliers, with unknown waiting time, advising I could cancel the item if I’m not willing to wait. Their reply on the 1 of February was ambiguous, no real information provided regarding the delivery, advising to keep looking on their website. On the 6 of February I cancelled the item out of stock, hoping to receive a delivery update as soon as possible. On 9 of February, afternoon, went to their site, found out my order has not been processed yet, the status is still Ready to ship. I also haven’t been reimbursed for the cancelled item. This is the worst company I have been dealing with, false advertising and terrible customer service!

Never againThis company is basically a chinese website, selling chinese sized goods out of hong kong.
The sizing is way off for western customers for example a 2xl sized jacket is a medium at best.
They decided to shut down their return collection centre in Australia, so return goods have to be sent back to Hong Kong, in my case at costs of half the amount I paid for the jacket. Customer service non existing. Also the jacket looked very different with labels stitched on it, not visible on website at all. Show details

Terrible services with lost parcelI made an order and kept waiting for it until I figure out it took too long. Then I had to contact the Post and reported that they cant track it and confirm that it's lost. That's not a big problem. The worst thing is how they handle customer service. They couldn't even say sorry and be keen to support the case.
I recommend you not to use Yesstyle.

TERRIBLE - FAKERIDICULOUS, they sold FAKE items for sure, see my photos of the jacket I bought. You will see how ridiculously that fake item I received.

Great experience, but shipping takes longer than describedI've ordered a bunch of skincare products from Yesstyle, twice already. Everything came as described, no issues so far. However, both times, the shipping took longer than they said it would, it took 3-4 weeks to arrive.

good products and nice customer serviceI placed my first order on yesstyle in April last year.
I kind of got lost at first because the product selection is very wide but the categories and keyword search made it quite easy to navigate the store to find what I wanted.
I ordered 6 products in total (all were clothes). Unfortunately, there was a problem with one of the products (a top) that they did not receive in time to ship my order at the time they had estimated, so they offered me to wait or to cancel this specific item for the order to be shipped as soon as possible. I cancelled the product that was late and I was refunded for it, and my order got shipped and delivered in the delay they had planned after that. I was very satisfied with the products I received, except for one blazer (it was one size and to be honest I kind of knew it would be a gamble because the shoulder width was exactly mine, so it's very fitted, when I wanted it a bit oversized), but I still wear it so it was not really a bad purchase.

They stole my moneyItems in my order were not in stock- after waiting a month and not recieving any items I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund. Yesstyle agreed but after another month I have yet to recieve a refund. I have tried to contact customer services (an impossible task if you want a helpful response) and they are telling me it's a problem with MY bank and I need to wait.
