Acos eCommerce Group

Absolutely Shady Business Practice – I ordered incense two weeks ago from their online shop on MyDeal. They have stores across multiple platforms including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Catch etc. The first two packs of incense were apparently "lost" by the courier, and after contacting ACOS Ecommerce through MyDeal to query it, they sent another two lots of the same incense. My incense was onboard for delivery from Melbourne to Queensland when ACOS Ecommerce emailed the courier to have it sent back to Melbourne with zero communication with me regarding their nonsensical reasoning after waiting two weeks of stuff ups not of my own doing. After emailing ACOS Ecommerce on MyDeal and their website with no response, and calling the Melbourne number several times which only rings out, I had to call MyDeal twice and they had no record of it, but messaged the seller. Twenty minutes later I was refunded, MyDeal and Aramex emailed me to let me know my item will still be delivered in the next "24-48hrs". Great - both know this seller is shady. Except the seller emailed Aramex this morning and told them I was fully refunded and to send it back to Melbourne. So here we are again, over a $27 order, the seller keeps pulling shifty ones for two weeks. I researched the company last night, it's part of my profession, and I always start at the worst reviews and ratings across multiple platforms. It seems they send the wrong products often, if at all. And something tells me, this is what they've done and they know it - so to avoid a bad review, they pulled this stunt as they have before. I don't recommend the pure frustration this company will put you through just by ordering through them. In fact, I ordered rhe same incense on Amazon and was sent entirely the wrong brand. And what did I find after speaking with Amazon this morning? It was these guys and it was out of stock the minute I bought it and I couldn't leave a review for that reason. As a third party seller, they refused to refund. It might not be a hell of a lot of money, but you add that up over hundreds to thousands of customers and therein lies a rather big problem. I DO NOT recommend ACOS Ecommerce Group. Buyer beware.
