That's my experience of the purchased items, plus the request of a replacement due to a defectiveness.
Also, Kogan all in one pressure cooker, that I've used for many months, beats Kmart pressure cooker. Kogan pressure cooker has additional accessories and the navigation on the use of the device is easier to understand and remember than Kmart's version.

Just recently bought a kogan built in water tank benchtops dishwasher, because I needed extra help to do basic chores. This machine has issues such as not closing properly as concluded from the steam found on nearby walls and water droplets on the machine. It is lengthy to receive a replacement, or have someone repair the device.
I bought a pressure cooker and after a few months, it still works and hoping it does for the next few months.
I bought a wiltshire knife at Kogan a few months ago, and this product developed rust stains. I bought a wiltshire knife at big w about more than 5 years ago, and this utensil has never developed rust stains within the 5 years it's been under my care. When I can afford too, I buy Wiltshire knives because of the reputation and experience of longevity and quality.
I bought a few things from Kogan a few months ago because of the rave review and the affordability. Now, I'm sad because I've read and experienced how poor the after sales care and problematic communication in receiving a replacement, or warranty repairs.

Saw this beaut deal for Kogan 50" Smart TV for under $400 and ordered, without a problem on the Kogan website. Ordering was easy and payment confirm came through almost immediately. So looking forward to receiving, unpacking, installing and using this TV. a series of pointless questions (“Is it plugged in?”, “Can you send us a video of it not charging your phone?”...) And now since I ‘escalated’ the issue to their (apparently non-existent) ‘Customer Care’ department 48 hours ago, they have just stopped contacting me about it altogether. Of course I understand that any item may occasionally develop a fault, but at least the other 2 websites have a fast, straightforward and effective system for reporting these and often have a refund or replacement on its way to you immediately afterwards. If you receive anything from Kogan.com and it doesn't function? Tough luck.
