large and heavy TV from the post office myself, despite having paid specifically for delivery. This is not a small parcel that can conveniently be carried home. I am now concerned about the risk of dropping or damaging the TV while transporting it myself, and I should not be put in this position after paying for a delivery service. What makes the situation even worse is the customer service. I have been trying to contact the company since yesterday and, more than 24 hours later, I still have not received a response. I have also been blocked from using their internal complaints/contact system, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve the issue directly with them. I paid for a service. I was home. The delivery was not properly attempted. I paid extra for faster delivery. I have received no meaningful response from customer service, and now I am expected to take responsibility for collecting and safely transporting a heavy and expensive television myself. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable customer experience. I would strongly recommend that the company review what actually happened with this delivery and how customer complaints are being handled.

dismantled and reassembled it, checked every connection, reseated the battery and completed the suggested troubleshooting. It is effectively dead on arrival.
The customer-service experience has made this considerably worse. There is no normal Kogan retail customer-service phone number to call. Their online support process requires me to upload a video showing the fault, but when I select and upload the video, the page simply returns to the upload screen as though nothing has been submitted. I therefore cannot even complete their own required support process.
I have now spent significant time troubleshooting a product that is ONE DAY OLD and trying to navigate a support system that will not accept the evidence it is demanding.
A brand-new appliance should work. And when it doesn’t, a customer should be able to speak to someone or at the very least successfully lodge a fault claim.
I am requesting an immediate refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. I will update this review with how Kogan handles the matter.

The chair was as described from the site, the function was very good and really helps with relaxing after a long day, I was very happy with the purchase and relived that it came and was as shown/described. Ever since I have been purchasing items from Kogan.com and Kogan-branded items, I always received the item I bought, no complications and always delivered very quickly.

using the remote shouldn't be that difficult to use.
This is an edit to my original review above! So, I thought that using the remote would be easy...how wrong could I be? The ONE thing I wanted to do was remove was the subtitles on all free-to-air channels. I have spent hours and hours going through everything. In a nutshell the supplied remote does not have enough buttons on it to do an efficient and painless job. In the end I used my old remote (from Kogan TV) and was able to delete the subtitles. Not good enough Kogan to supply a good enough remote do the job. I have ordered a new one from another source which will do all (and more) for this new Smart TV. User be aware as even the Kogan Help Centre were not very helpful. Pics show smaller remote provided by Kogan and larger remote sourced from a third party/.
Recently I purchased a Saucony woman's runners from Kogan at a great price. Delivery was quick and product was beautifully packaged. I love Kogan and Saucony. I have 3 pairs of Saucony extra-wide as they are roomy and comfortable for my problematic feet. I will definitely shop at Kogan again and highly recommend them. I give them a 5-star rating!!! However, I was told that because it had been opened, it couldn’t be returned. This is very frustrating. A mattress is something you must actually sleep on to determine if it’s right for you. I also found the overall quality to be very disappointing, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this mattress to other customers.
