On inspection one of the beams had an enormous knot in the wood, where the grain runs perpendicular to the beam and is an obvious weak point. This sort of thing is fundamental quality control and it seems Factory Fast might be a random Temu-esque front bulk ordering stuff in every possible category, and if you search "Factory Fast" on the Whirlpool forums you'll get a good insight into their operation. Dreadful product, poor response from seller – I purchased a bath door from Factory Fast thinking that it was as advertised. informed FF and sent photos of the damage, and it was not enough for them. They said the damage could be rectified.
Feeling deflated I manoeuvred the hinge slightly and managed to mount the door up - to the shed as a test. It is extremely squeaky and sloppy, and IMO needs nylon washers because it’s metal on metal.
I messaged FF again with a video of how squeaky it is, and was essentially dismissed by them.
I am not fitting this dreadful door in my new bathroom. It’s SHOCKING! Do not buy or trust this seller, or any other seller of similar doors
The company would not help, and claimed they have sold many with no issues – Do not buy the heavy duty tarp from this company, it split itself into two pieces in 10 minutes of driving. It is poorly manufactured and a complete waste of money.

I purchased a LED mirror 120 x 80cm for our bathroom renovation. Delivery was fast and in a super safe cardboard box that was so strong, my husband cut through it with an electric saw for recycling. It has just been installed and our builder and electrician said this was easy to do! It was the best price - around $260, it has a Demister and controllable brightness. I love it!
I bought a Wall Mounted Chin Up Bar Pull Up from Factory Fast. The delivery to WA was very quick. The bar is good, looks perfect on a white wall but be aware that original fixing does not suit brick walls. You will need dynabolts and chemical anchor to install it onto a brick wall. Very happy with the product. Can recommend it to everyone.

complaining about the colour as nowhere on their website does it state, the chairs are bronzed. They got back to me today stating they are exactly what I ordered. I don't agree and they are just being difficult. As you can see in the photos attached, the underside photo of the chair appears dark grey-black and yet my photo of the chair which I took looks brown. Even on the delivery box, it states colour is Bronzing - see photo
I even asked them to swap them for another colour, being white, however they are stating it is what I ordered. NOT.

The product is - https://www.factoryfast.com.au/products/1000kg-auto-solar-slide-sliding-gate-opener-automatic-w-4m-rail It was delivered and installed in the month of April 2025. Recently, the gate malfunctioned. We engaged a third party repair-agency, which identified that 2 parts need to be replaced. The repair technician was unable to source these spare parts, so I contacted FactoryFast directly. Instead of assisting promptly, they dilly-dallied and avoided fulfilling the request. When I requested the parts specified by Technician, Factoryfast asked for technician's findings which i shared. But Factoryfast insisted on additional analysis/checks involving voltage checks on PCB board-tasks that require another technician visit and cannot be done by a layperson. FactoryFast expects these extra diagnostics to be carried out at our expense, and the call-out fees for repeated visits are becoming extremely costly. In fact, the combined cost of these multiple technician visits and repairs might now exceed the original price of the product. Overall, the product support is non-existent.

finding what I wanted it was easy to purchase the order and the delivery was rather quick. It was the first to arrive out of all my orders I purchased that day. The delivery person even came to my door and knocked. All the others places it at the letterbox then left without even letting me know until an email was sent saying order delivered and I live in a unit complex, that's dangerous to leave packages out in a communal area but not the delivery team factory fast used. I was exceptionally happy when opening the packages that the items were exactly what I ordered and I was not surprised with an item that miniature size compared to the advertisement on the site. Everything I received was made with genuine good materials just like it looked in the advertisement. Only down fall was everything is a flat pack so you have to put it all together yourself but once you tackle that job the satisfaction at the end is very rewarding. I ordered double sided clothes hanging closet all made of nice wood, an entryway jacket and shoe rack/seat, king size mattress topper (haven't used yet, still renovating bedroom haven't been able to yet) and a retractable blind that slides open and closed side ways like a door instead of up and down and that exceded my expectations, it was bigger than i thought. Gives me the privacy I wanted. I would recommend to anyone.

we get in Wollongong. I purchased the awning principally to keep me dry if it's raining when I sit on my balcony and enjoy a cigar. To that end, I will need to treat the fabric with some waterproof spray to make it more waterproof. A bonus is how much cooler the awning makes the room which it is installed outside of. It's an east facing window so it gets very hot in the summer but the awning keeps the temperature down measurably. A good buy. Very good service from Factory Fast!
