replacement which was of poor quality too. I have now received a full refund. Throughout the process Jose communicated with me in a timely and pleasant manner, and has turned my experience around so that I now feel I can really trust Rushfaster with future purchases. Beware of two things before purchasing from Rushfaster: 1. Its returns policy is unlike other stores, whereby they’ll charge for return postage (discounted to $10, which is appreciated) but they’ll also deduct a further postage fee from the returns… Read more

amount, meaning you could be penalised $28 for making a return.

2. Their customer service team is incredibly frustrating to contact, with wait times of 2+ weeks. Their excuse was that not all agents can assist if the case is assigned to a particular agent already. You need to contact their customer service team to complete a return..

I stupidly selected the wrong backpack as part of a bigger order. When I realised, I messaged Rushfaster they fixed my order, amended the $ and updated my order within minutes. Jose was a legend. Show reply

Credit due for the order being dispatched so quickly. I did opt for the Express Post for added security, though having received the order from Sydney to Melbourne within 32 hours is worthy of my review. All in good order. Show reply

I think I’m one of the rare, unlucky customers with Rushfaster based on the majority of others’ positive reviews. My concern is their returns policy. still within the time frame for returns, per their policy, and I met all returns policy criteria.

I advised Rushfaster customer care that I would organise my own postage bag (at my own expense) as Rushfaster deducts $10 for using their own postal service.

Despite multiple email confirmations and acknowledgments from Rushfaster customer care they’d refund my returned item value in full, per the original purchase price without deducting any further postage since I used my own separate postage service, I’m still out of pocket as Rushfaster still deducted a further $10.

My recent attempts at contacting them to rectify this have proven unsuccessful as they’ve stopped replying to my concerns of the $10 under-refund.

Disappointing customer service and contradictory information, bordering on purposely misleading

Good range and website but lack of price matching means I usually end up buying elsewhere. In short, I study what I want on rushfaster, then usually find it cheaper elsewhere.

Rushfaster is still holding on my money after cancelling my order a week ago. Complaint filed with Fair Trading Office. I ordered a sling bag on 11/02/2025 from Rushfaster and paid for it by credit card as I usually do with many other online retailers. They took the money on 12/02/2025 as shown on my bank statement. requesting a phone screen shot showing the charge before sending the item (no other retailers that I have purchased from demand this ridiculous hassle). I said I did not use phone app for payment, I only used my credit card at point of purchase. I still complied to their request by sending an extract of my bank statement as a substitute for phone screen shot, it showed Rushfaster took the money on 12/02/2025. Even though Rushfaster took money on that day, they did not send the item to me. On 18/02/2025 I sent email asking them to either send the item or cancel the order and refund money to me. They cancelled the order on the same day (18/02/2025) without refunding the money I paid. Today is 24/02/2025 and they are still keeping my money. I have now filed a complaint with NSW Fair Trading Office about Rushfaster's conduct. I also filed a report with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission about this matter.

Also, shoutout to their customer service. I recently missed a promo by a day, and they still sorted me out with the free gift. No hassle, no weird back-and-forth—just super chill and helpful.

importantly it’s the perfect size for domestic and international carry on so I can travel light! Clamshell set up is perfect plus lots of storage options for the ‘need to get to easily’ items. Great service, great product.

Made a mistake, ordered an undersize camera bag, on delivery recognised it won't work, sought permission to return it. Then bought bigger bag, which is perfect.
