I bought four water hammocks from Acquaboss, and they are hands down the best pool floats I’ve ever used. My daughter has even taken hers to the beach a few times and loved it. I have the rainbow one, and I absolutely love it! The quality is good. I bought them back in October, and they’ve held up really well. Now I’m planning to buy more as gifts for my family. Highly recommend

Terrible customer service – 0 stars from a very unhappy customer. Bought the luxe float in their black Friday sale. I inflated it, used it and it deflated pretty quickly. So I inflated it again. Same thing happened. Ended up finding a hole in the floatie so I sent an email to their customer service and they assumed I had purchased the hammock floatie and were happy to replace the insert. When I told them it was the luxe float that's when they did a 360. They told me that it was impossible this left their warehouse damaged and offered me for me to either patch the flaot or purchase the insert for 50% off and told me that's the best they could do. After I told them I wanted a new insert mailed to me FOC they stopped replying. The last email I sent was 12/12/24 and I am still waiting for a reply. I am now left with a faulty product and $160 thrown down the drain. Absolutely terrible customer service they simply do not reply and leave the customer in the lurch. Super unprofessional. Would not recommend.

We did investigate your claim and, based on the image provided, the type of puncture shown is not consistent with a manufacturing defect (manufacturing issues typically present at seams/valves rather than as a clean puncture point). For additional quality assurance, every ACQUABOSS Luxe insert is air-tested for 48 hours prior to being fitted and packed into the premium cover, to ensure it holds pressure before it leaves our facility.
We also acknowledge there was confusion early on regarding the product type and replacement options, we apologise for that. The Luxe range uses a thicker, more durable insert, which is why the team were surprised by the hole and offered a genuine goodwill gesture to help with a discounted replacement.

Good Pool Floats & Great Customer Service! – I picked up a few gifts from Acquaboss for friends (and treated myself too!) to get ready for summer 2023, and honestly, it was a great decision. The pool floats and floaties were a huge hit—we’ve already had a blast with them at the pool. I had a question about a discount for my first order and reached out to their team, and they were super helpful and nice. Plus, I managed to catch some of their sales, so it didn’t break the bank. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for fun pool toys for the season!
