Ordered and paid for products and got an email saying "we are packing your order as fast as a seagull spotting your hot chip". We used TechniX Stain Remover in our ensuite shower. We are on rural property and have dam water in the house plumbing. Over time the organic matter in the water badly stained the grey tiles brown and nothing would shift the stains. I saw your video of cleaning the concrete drive and gave it a go. FABULOUS RESULT. Seen a number of Adds on the internet from the pool man and gave it a go, The products appear to better than others than I have used while others just work and easy to use than any others I have used, my pool is looking pristine whith the products I added. Mr Pool Man to request a phone chat with a staff member to help get me started (a phone call instead of an in-person visit was requested, as I live in the ACT). Marcus and Luke were amazing! Through several phone calls and emails, they clearly and thoroughly explained: 1) an overview of my Davey Sand filter and Poly Pool, and how to operate them, and 2) how to manage the required chemicals, including what to add, what order to add them in, and what the ideal maintenance levels are. In response to my offer of payment for their time, they both said payment wasn't required and they were happy to help. Due to Marcus and Luke's wonderful customer service, and going above and beyond to assist me, we were able to have our pool up and running in time for the Australia Day long weekend! Water TechniX Algae Brush 25cm Great brush for helping to brush away dreaded black spot algae in our swimming pool. Much better than the crappy brush we used to have. At least the bristles stay attached to the head of the brush. It brushed off the top of the black spot algae with ease. Other parts like the corner parts of the walls of my pool, took a little more elbow grease to remove the top layers of the algae. All in all a great brush head. Show details

Was worried our plunge pool was going to be forever stained with Fe as even the pool company couldn’t solve it. This product fixes it in 10mins without even needing to adjust pH or chlorine level. pool and had rusted. I tried scrubbing the rust off to no avail. Finally purchased the Technix stain remover and just poured the powder over the rust stains and left it overnight…. There were no traces of the stains at all in the morning. Highly recommend it!
