Sales Rep James was patient and well knowledgeable and answered all questions which helped guide us on making the right pool choice for us. Once initial site inspection was complete, we were guided through the process and next steps and surprised everything happened on time. The Pool install itself was so well managed, you wouldn't even know it was happening. There were no disruptions or delays and site was left very clean.

correct pool shape (step one) then remeasured the pool 4.0 x 6.8mtr (double checked) and included the figures into the system they provide. For some reason I received a cover 400mm short!! The response was "well you should have checked the system to make sure the measurements you provided transferred to your invoice" - " we have delivered the order we received" So look out and double check your order over and over again before paying. I have a real problem with the fact I followed Pool Express's automatic ordering and am now extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this order system at all.
