you this sas the BEST $2000 I HAVE EVER SPENT! I put it together on my new decking, I filled it up turned the heater on and it reached 39.5° in about 18 hours. My mrs and I got in around 6:45pm and it was perfect! The directional water jets are so strong! We tested the 120 water bubbles from below and they were so nice n refreshing too. We played around with tbe LED lights and left it on bright white setting. We must of spent a hood hour in the water and the water temp went down 1.5° (we turned the heater off when we got in) my mrs got out and i stayed in for abit longer, After closing the lid for the night. I got up to go to work at 3am this morning and I checked it the water only dropped by 3° it was still at 35° woser! This Spa is so insulated it is unbelievable!

After alot of research on what would be needed for the fencing regulations, we were confident this combo would meet requirements and we could enhance the whole patio area to make the most of it for the family and friends. It was some time and effort to work through all this and get the power connected, so it was important to trust the supplier to inform and help us make the right choices.

Aimee from Just Spas Hallam was super throughout the sales process. The delivery was smooth and she gave some great advice on what we needed to do to get it all started up, advised on the maintenance and chemicals, and helped solve our questions and issues we had on the first days.

3 months in and I’m delighted with the Cyclone, we’ve had so much use and fun. Its easy to use, reliable and the SpaRiser and StepGuard allowed us to fit it all into our space perfectly - looks great with some touches from extra lighting and decor. Highly recommend Just Spas!

service to lodge a warranty claim, I was met with shocking service. Instead of honoring their commitment, the representative told me, "Well, it's pretty much lasted as long as it should." They refused to replace it under warranty and instead quoted me a price to buy a brand-new one.Why would I ever spend money with a company that fails to stand behind its own products? Ultimately their "warranty" means absolutely nothing. Save your money and go with a company that actually respects consumer rights and treats customers fairly.

installation started. I have taken 6 days off to be home when work has been scheduled and no-one turned upon these days. In total 15 days off to get the pool installed. The Communication within the company and the subcontractors is the worst that I have seen ever. Put in a complaint through the link that they give to the manager of the business months ago and have not received any email or phone call yet. God help anyone that buys a pool from them. Hopefully some people will read this review before they remove it as our experience is not uncommon from the feedback we received from people that they engaged to do the work. Our pool installation started in April and still isn't complete. Just a word of warning. Hopefully I will get a response from someone in charge of the worst company that I have ever dealt with Mark Henderson
