Do not believe the number of adults they claim can use their spas. Our supposedly upto 6 person 1400L capacity spa is only able to seat 3 people. One in each of the two lounges and one in the the other "two" seats. When I decided to look for a spa I located one at just spa capalaba, then I looked at 5 other locations across Brisbane and they were good but I returned to "Just spa Capalaba" as i thought they had the best deal & the best insulation for $$$. than ya need. At 61 years young i needed a release from my aches & pains & its helped tremendously. The whole family loves it! One day a week my grandson gets a go & rightly or wrongly we use it as a reward for him.& we drop the temp to 34 so he can have fun too ! Ela at just spas is 1980s era , sales rep! Actually gives her best & cares !

Follow-up · The whole installation process couldn't of been made an easier, every bit of care was taken.The rollup cover keeps the heat in and is a one person installation and removable with ease. The heat pump is super quite hardly know its running, and cheap running on power for a big unit.

So happy with the decision of a swim spa over a pool. Nice to swim at night in a warm pool and relax or drop the degrees fo day before and have a swim in cooler water. The best of both world. Follow-up · Doesn’t take up too much room ours is 4.5mx2.3m. The lights don’t affect your swimming ability. I found it not too hard to maintain the temperature just need to adjust the day before for the right settings. The cover is amazing and a must as they maintain the heat.

when we needed warranty support that we discovered Just Spas Adelaide doesn't actually handle it. The warranty is handled by Spa Industries Global in Victoria, who send parts to South Australia and allocate the repair to an independent subcontractor.
We submitted our warranty claim on 25 July with all requested information and photos.
Then... nothing.
No acknowledgement or response until WE chased them.
From that point onwards, we have had to chase virtually every stage ourselves — the warranty claim, the parts and when the technician would actually contact us.
We were eventually told that their technicians are subcontractors with a "standard booking time of 2-4 weeks" and that Spa Industries "unfortunately do not have any control over availability".
This is YOUR product, YOUR warranty and YOUR subcontractor. Why should your service arrangements become the customer's problem?
This experience is particularly disappointing given the marketing around these spas being Australian Made. Just Spas specifically promotes Australian-made spas as being "easy to service and spare parts can be sourced locally", along with the benefit of an "Australian Factory Warranty".
Our reality has been a three-month-old spa failing in South Australia, dealing with a warranty department in Victoria, parts being shipped interstate back to SA, waiting for an independent subcontractor, and having to continually chase everyone ourselves.
After weeks of this, and only after we pushed hard to get things moving, a technician was finally booked. I genuinely believe we'd have waited another 2-3 weeks had we simply sat back and waited.
Then, incredibly, once the technician was booked, Spa Industries Global's Service & Spare Parts Manager emailed us asking us to REMOVE the negative Google review we'd left for Just Spas Adelaide because they had "now arranged for the issue to be attended to".
Seriously?
Arranging the warranty repair doesn't erase the experience we've had getting to that point.
My original review accurately reflected the SALES experience we had at the time. Unfortunately, you don't really know how good a company is until something goes wrong.
After experiencing the after-sales and warranty process, I can no longer recommend Just Spas / Spa Industries Global and have changed my original 5-star rating accordingly.

The showroom is impressive, and it was clear right away that they sell high-quality products backed by years of industry experience. After visiting four different spa retailers, my wife, son, and I returned to Just Spas. Kelly-Jo was incredibly helpful, guiding us toward an even better configuration than we had originally planned.
Value and Delivery I made an offer that was surprisingly accepted. Even though it was a custom order, the spa was manufactured and delivered without any fuss within just two weeks. I chose them for their local presence, competitive pricing, and a warranty that offers genuine peace of mind.
Performance & Lifestyle My family uses the spa almost every day. It’s lovely in the middle of winter, and during heatwaves, it’s amazing to use as a "cool pool" after my cycling workouts.
After-Sales Support While maintenance was a bit confusing at first, the team treated my concerns as their own. I recently had a major issue with water contamination; the staff guided me through the resolution over the phone with patience and expertise. (Pro tip: Never use rainwater to fill your spa, as it leads to contamination!) I give Just Spas five stars across the board. They are a long-standing business for a reason. Highly recommended!
