than ya need. At 61 years young i needed a release from my aches & pains & its helped tremendously. The whole family loves it! One day a week my grandson gets a go & rightly or wrongly we use it as a reward for him.& we drop the temp to 34 so he can have fun too ! Ela at just spas is 1980s era , sales rep! Actually gives her best & cares !

Very happy with my Cyclone Monsoon and the service I have received. As a first time spa owner I was a little unsure of what I was doing when setting up & balancing water, but help & guidance was just a call away. Even on the weekend. I’ve really been enjoying my spa.

This is the first spa I have owned and initially I was confused about how the spa operates and how it should be maintained. So happy with the decision of a swim spa over a pool. Nice to swim at night in a warm pool and relax or drop the degrees fo day before and have a swim in cooler water. The best of both world. The showroom is impressive, and it was clear right away that they sell high-quality products backed by years of industry experience. After visiting four different spa retailers, my wife, son, and I returned to Just Spas. Kelly-Jo was incredibly helpful, guiding us toward an even better configuration than we had originally planned.

Value and Delivery I made an offer that was surprisingly accepted. Even though it was a custom order, the spa was manufactured and delivered without any fuss within just two weeks. I chose them for their local presence, competitive pricing, and a warranty that offers genuine peace of mind.

Performance & Lifestyle My family uses the spa almost every day. It’s lovely in the middle of winter, and during heatwaves, it’s amazing to use as a "cool pool" after my cycling workouts.

After-Sales Support While maintenance was a bit confusing at first, the team treated my concerns as their own. I recently had a major issue with water contamination; the staff guided me through the resolution over the phone with patience and expertise. (Pro tip: Never use rainwater to fill your spa, as it leads to contamination!) I give Just Spas five stars across the board. They are a long-standing business for a reason. Highly recommended!

Purchased a swim spa from Just Spas Cambridge and Sonny was excellent to deal with. The swim spa arrived with some minor damage, the wrong size cover and discoloured external panels. I have no issues with the incorrect size cover which has been replaced and the external damage to the spa I am told will be rectified. However had a phone call from… Read more

their head office from a women named Jodi. She told me they would send out one replacement panel to try and match the external colour, however if it didnt match they would not do any further work to resolve my problem of different shades of external panels. I explained for 40k I expected all panels to be the same shade of grey. She basically said to bad, they will fade in a year and should look the same. Jodi was extremly rude, proving to me that the after sales service is nearly none existent. I asked her if she could see the different shade of panels in the photo I provided and she said they all looked the same, even though Sonny at the Cambridge branch could see the difference(photo attached). After having such great service at the Cambridge outlet we were completley dissapointed with the poor attitude from head office. If we new we were going to recieve such poor after sales service we would not have purchased from this company.
