Best Firm Mattress – Probably the best mattress I’ve ever purchased and absolutely the best sleep I’ve had in a long while. I got the mattress quite promptly but my bed itself was delayed. I’m saying this after 2 weeks of actually using the mattress but absolutely the best investment I’ve made, and it feels so much better than any Tempur/SleepMattress or any of those brands I’ve ever slept on. Would not buy again – This mattress is incredibly hard to put sheets on for an older person. There are no handles on the side to aid lifting, and the mattress is very stiff and heavy. There is a definite roll towards the centre and the mattress is becoming harder a year after purchase, having a negative effect on health issues such as arthritis. have ever experienced, you sink into and then it becomes hard, I'm a lightweight under 53 kgs and shouldn't feel this discomfort in my bed every night. I had a plush pillow top before this that cost $400, lasted me for 5 good years. Definitely like sleeping on a cloud. I know there is nothing I can do having read the terms of warranty, which they make it impossible to hold them responsible for charging $800 for a piece of crap. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Good Mattress – Good quality mattress. I only gave it 4 stars as it is heavy to pick up when making the bed. I bought this online, if I had tried this out in the store I probably would have gone for a lighter mattress. This mattress is very firm, I bought a thin mattress topper for comfort, this works well.

we're used to sleeping on really firm (read: hard) mattresses growing up in South East Asia. While this is not quite that, I would say it still remains firm but with just enough cushioning. You won't find "mattress topper" cushioning on the top here it's just your body in direct contact with the mattress. You definitely lie down with confidence that this mattress will last you several years without sagging. The material used is high quality and we will definitely purchase this again in a heart beat.

beginning to end, the high contact, responsiveness and customer satisfaction has been paramount. A minor manufacturing (side stitching) issue was rectified immediately with a replacement, no questions asked. This mattress has all the peace of mind you need. responsiveness of the springs is less, perhaps due to added foam. This can be a bad or good thing depending on personal preferences - good is that it does not dip as heavily as the Muji mattress towards where someone is lying and the feeling of movement is deadened. Other reviews have mentioned spring sounds - we have not noticed this but we both weigh <85kg. Another thing I'll note is that mattress feel is also dependent on your bed base - we have a very sturdy, well-supported bed base with perforated plywood sheets instead of bed slats.

Delivery to WA and set up was all smooth and straightforward. There is an off-gassing smell immediately after opening, would recommend airing for a few days before using. Since then we cannot smell anything from the mattress.

I wanted firm, I got firm – I'm 110kg, a side sleeper and shallow pillow. Not partner disturbance. Mattress on a solid Jarrah and very heavy frame, I'm a carpenter, so it's very well supported. I could have gone medium firm, but didn't take long to get used too. Very little mattress compression, so it's not a yoga mat on carpet but definitely that feeling of a nice flat, back straightening bed. Hope this helps your choice.

Amazing mattress!!!! – I’m so glad to have this mattress! All my back, neck pain are gone and being 8 weeks post partum, It is so much easier for me to breastfeed at night. found that a bit abusive, especially when I explained on the phone, that I just gave birth and with a newborn at home. They said, if there are any steps they would live the mattress outside. A bit cold hearted for my liking.

Very firm and have a nice sleep – nice very firm mattress as described so I do not need another firm topper or so only if someone want a soft topper on it. Good for your back as well.

Great for back sleepers – I am primarily a back sleeper, I found that most mattresses are designed for side sleepers ( they are soft ) but this has removed my back pain.
