have ever experienced, you sink into and then it becomes hard, I'm a lightweight under 53 kgs and shouldn't feel this discomfort in my bed every night. I had a plush pillow top before this that cost $400, lasted me for 5 good years. Definitely like sleeping on a cloud. I know there is nothing I can do having read the terms of warranty, which they make it impossible to hold them responsible for charging $800 for a piece of crap. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
