Very drama trading plattform – 1. Bad customer service. Not responded 2. They can close any price on your order when you set stop loss/take profit. 3. They use the word " widening spread and slippage could happen" as an excuse 4. a lot of errors happen such as blanking price(means you can't close your profit at that time), example(true story) GBPUSD has been set TP at 1.168 and ACY platform close my order at 1.172. This is not even close to the TP.

Easy process – During the document verification, I had a hard time because my country of origin and the current country I live in now do not match each other. I wrote a letter to the onboarding team of ACY Securities to help me with the issue. In 5 minutes, I received a message that says "your document verification has been approved" I have never experienced such a fast and convenient support team before! Show reply

Great – All I can say is I have been trading with the platform for about 2 years now. I have zero complaints. I have watched the platform develop and change throughout the years, some good changes and some bad. with ACY the customer service team, it only takes one phone call, and they always keep in contact with you and even call you back sometimes which is a bonus. I have lost money and made a lot of money as a retail trader, but ACY has helped me develop my skills to become a great trader. From being a 21 year that knew nothing about trading and spending nights in my local library to a 23 year old that trades about twice a day in the afternoon and travels and enjoys every weekend now. I honestly don't know where I would be without ACY and trading in my life. I can't speak on any other trading platform because I always see affiliate programmes and sign up scams, so I just stick with ACY

Acy cost me $100 000 – Acy,s product malfunction and total lack of any sort of professionalism cost me $100 000. Acy provided me with a very obvious 4 hour data feed malfunction. The problem was I had $50 000 worth of trades on their platform in the market and then Acy change my data feed. Acy had put 2 hour bars on my 4 hour chart. also %50 of the time the prices were wrong compared to the daily chart. Despite a lot of calls for help, Acy CHOSE TO TOTALLY IGNORE MY multiple PLEA'S FOR HELP. I feel this is criminal behavior and I am reporting them to ASIC. So please beware. If they take advantage of a little guy, they will do this to anybody to get your money. Don't believe a word they say. To me, they are just a bunch of crook's. Also they changed the evidence when I tried to negotiate with them. My charts are now like the problem never even happened. (lucky I took videos).

Not to mention, prompt response, not just from that rep, but all their reps I've encountered. Anyway, if I don't stop myself, I'll write another epistle. Great job ACY! One last thing, though they have a leverage of 1:500, something just tells me that I should work with them over many other brokers. I'd say to whomever that's reading this, check them out and be convinced before investing.
