I had a new gate motor installed. The price was competitive, and the installation was only held up by rain. Tomer installed the motor professionally, took care to discuss a few important points about my new motor, and answered my questions about maintenance. The site was left clean and tidy. I'm very pleased with my new gate motor.
Our garage door had an issue where in the morning it would only open by remote a few centimetres. Called Adir from AD Doors & Gates and he arrived promptly. Pressed a few buttons on the control box multiple times, charged me $150 and left. He was there approximately 10 minutes. Garage door is still doing the same thing so nothing has changed except I'm $150 poorer for the experience. Called him back but he wouldn't return my call.
The Technician Shahar was prompt and arrived early. He most courteously phoned prior to attending to ensure it was convenient for us. He did a fabulous job in very good time. I couldn’t recommend their service and products more highly. Very neat work and an excellent tidy on completion. Thanks A.D.Doors and individually to Shahar for his wonderful personal service.
Steer clear if you want good service!! Replaced my garage motor only to find I have the same problem with my door less than a month later. No response when requested I send photos so I called again, only to be told I was argumentative when I wasn't happy. Obviously not happy after $800+ spent and the same problem occurring. aggressively asked me did I want help or not? Clearly customers don't matter. He was coming to assist the following day but surprise, surprise, he didn't show up. Buyer beware.
A.D Garage Doors Quick Response – My panel door collapsed at 1PM and A.D Doors were able to call out and repair the failed belt drive that afternoon. Very pleased with their prompt service and the professionalism of their service agent. Highly recommended business.
