If you love super soft fluffy pillows, this probably won’t be for you because it definitely has more structure and support. But for side sleeping and neck comfort, I can see why it gets good reviews.

I bought 2 of them and happy i did. They are firm which normally I don’t sleep on but these are great. They have a zipper to adjust firmness and are washable. Great for side sleepers too!

firm side is slightly better for side sleeping, so I usually flip the pillow when I roll onto my side, but I’ve had no problems on the soft side if I’m too tired to flip it.

I’d expected to have a few difficult nights adjusting due to the very different feel of the pillow compared to what I’ve used before, but instead I found it immediately comfortable. The squishy firmness of the pillow is quite comforting and I’ve been sleeping deeply ever since the first night. I love the way the pillow moulds slightly around my head, but bounces back to it’s original shape as soon as I change positions (so no rolling into a groove I created).

I would never have thought that I could justify spending $125 on a pillow, but we were sick of spending less money on pillows that would wear out in just a few months. Really surprised at how good this pillow is. bunch of pillows that doesn't feel comfortable and you are then stuck with.

I am only 45kg so at first sight, I thought the pillow was far too high but was surprised that the soft side offered the perfect support for my neck. It still feels a little high when you first lay on it but then it sinks to the right level.

A few nights went by and I still couldn't believe that I had no neck pain and I was sleeping a lot deeper. It's been a couple of months now and my Fitbit is telling me I am sleeping better than I ever did before and I am waking up pain free and rested. I didn't actually believe it when people raved about this in their reviews but having now experienced it myself, I am a Koala covert.

The pillows are comfortable, it took me able to get use to them, but can’t sleep with out them, I do wish you could buy extra pillow protectors and you couldn’t feel the zips as much as you do

I have used the 2nd Gen pillow for about 2 weeks now and the major improvement is the cooler sleep on the summer surface. Compared to Gen 1 the sleep is more comfortable on hotter nights. I believe the winter surface would be equally as good as Gen 1, good improvement overall

The cooling is really good for this pillow. Seemed solid but as the night goes on it sunk down to almost nothing every night and I felt like I was sleeping on very little - regardless of how I customised the firmness with the zips

I already bought 1st gen of the pillows and wanted a new set so ordered the 2nd Gen set but the new version is a lot firmer then the last even on its softest zip

This is actually a great pillow - just not for me unfortunately. I have neck issues as it is and found the pillow a little bit too high. Although I would still encourage anyone to give it a go. I love love love the clever features, like the warm and cool sides and the zip for extra comfort. The quality is also top notch. I love my two 2ng gen koala pillows. I have been using them for a couple of weeks now. They’ve been comfortable, I haven’t overheated. I like the level of softness and how easy they are to unzip and clean. I use one of the pillows under my head and one for side sleeping support. I’ve found them comfortable and I’ve kept well. I’ve been using the Koala 2nd Gen Pillow for a while now and overall it’s been great. The comfort and support are excellent, and the material feels high-quality and breathable, which makes sleeping much more comfortable through the night. My only minor downside is the height — it could be a bit higher or ideally adjustable for people who prefer a thicker pillow. Other than that, it’s a really solid pillow and I’m very happy with it.

I’m incredibly fussy about pillows and this pillow has answered all my sleep issues. It’s the right firmness, and molds to my neck. Perfect for side sleeping and my partner has also jumped on board!

Love! I am very particular with my bedding and have been very surprised at how much I am loving this pillow. I’m a s#cker for things that are adjustable, and appreciate the option to make changes to the firmess. I do think it’s quite a firm pillow, more than what I am used to, but am really enjoying it and finding it very supportive and comfy.
