Substandard work, failure to meet industry standards – We hired [name removed] for a whole house renovation and extensive extension. Choosing a small builder in the hope of supporting small business. Charged top prices for sub-par work. The build was not project managed well at all; work was left incomplete and a qualified building inspector identified that work was faulty, did not meet industry standards and failed to adhere to engineer specifications. Our dream home is now a nightmare and requires costly repairs to be compliant.

Full of lies and poor workmanship – Initial meeting was knocking Adelaide trades and their workmanship. Sold himself well. Soon into the build it was obvious he is full of lies and poor workmanship from his inexperienced, unqualified and unsupervised workers. Doesn't pay contractor. Would not recommend at all.

Dont use – Charges full price when he buys seconds. Uses tradies that don't seem to be fully qualified. Tile spacing all over the place, taps crooked, tiles cut crooked, numerous leaks, no care for house surrounds or security. 7 weeks turned in to months. Ceiling replaced- cracked. Grouting went green. Where grout was supposed to be used, poly filler was used. Didn't measure up properly, so fittings didn't fit. Didn't get anything that I ordered.
