Not only was their pricing competitive and reasonable; but more so their tradesmen Ben and his co-worker ( sorry I forgot his name) did a fantastic job, professional and above all caring. Avoid like the plague! – Adam came to quote for fixing a roof leak. Quoted $1925 to correct a couple of stated faults. Took just over 1 hour to do work. I knew the quote was very high but thought they had the professionalism to fix problem. They did not have any effect on the leak, will not reply to my calls and did not do all the work quoted for. Poor Service – A thorough job was not done. The very young man doing the quote missed key problems that were pointed out to him. For the work that was done, none of the employees cleaned up the minimal amount of mess that was involved in the job and twice left rubbish on the footpath out the front of the house. unimpressive. No apologies for problems raised and an all over impression that this guy thinks the world owes him a living (including the fact that he was more concerned about copping a poor review for the poor service than looking after the customer). A couple of grand later and the leaks were still there, causing further damage to the walls inside the house. Daniel then tried to mince words about why they were called there for roof maintenance and was completely dishonest in his response (refusing to admit that an obvious problem, that should have been covered in the inspection, had not been noted and dealt with). I recommend avoiding this company.

Went Above and Beyond – Adam - was brilliant he went above and beyond in really difficult circumstances. Did a job that went over his quote and did not ask for any additional cost. Ensured that the job meet safety requirements-spotted an safety error from previous installer and rectified concern. Can not recommend this gentleman enough, and he adhered to the current COVID rules :) Alisha

Excellent Plumbers and honest pricing – I had a plumbing emergency this morning. I called ADKO plumbing. A plumber was at my house within an hour. Adam was very courteous and was quick to diagnose my problem. Thanks again for the excellent service.
