THIEF – Takes your money never sends stock. Been waiting months, doesn't reply to messages or emails. I've been blocked from her social media for asking about the status of my order. Repetitive behaviour - seems to become "active" to put a post Facebook apologising for delays then ghosts everyone. I personally know 6 people she has scammed Liar and thief

AVOID! I cant understand how this scammer hasn't been shut down yet! – She took payment for my order in july, I received an autmated email at the time. NO communication since at all. Since the delay, i have done some research and found many, many complaints on her social media, she has since shut down her group so that she no longer has to deal with the complaints. She has been taking money from customers for months, one from 18 months ago, and still no one has received their goods.

Has taken my money but won't ship items – Do not buy from her, absolute scam. She took my money and hasn't sent items

Avoid! – Do not buy from here. You will not receive the item or a refund. Placed an order back in December 2022. Still haven't received the item so i asked for a refund. She said she would but i still havent received one, its been over a month since then. Sent several messages and get no reply.

Another scammer – Another person who has made the mistake of trusting this person and had been burnt, nothing has been received, no refund and has stopped replying to messages. I made sure I paid through PayPal after recent events so I should see my money back but it is infuriating that someone could do this to people YET AGAIN. It's becoming harder and harder to trust Australian suppliers of Loungefly unfortunately.

SCAM … LAIR …. AVOID !! – Awful person … takes your money and completely ignores you. I never received my order … don’t know how she lives with herself !!!

Scam! – Takes money doesn’t send, wish I saw these reviews first. Turns out this is not actually a real business, it’s just a normal house where some old people live not her. I’m filing a complaint with accc, fair trading and fraud sept to try to get her website pulled.,buyer beware

Buyer beware – Terrible. Never recieved item and never got a response. Escalated dispute with paypal and thankfully got a refund. Buyer beware.

Scam company – Please avoid this company at all costs. They take your money and never send the products. The owner Sian will never answer the phone, as it just rings out and never replies to emails. Also deletes any negative comments on the Facebook and Instagram page.

Great products! – Great products, just what I was after, at great prices too! Staff really went off the way to get my package to me quickly, well done, super well packaged and lightning fast! I bought Loungefly Aristocats products and as always they are top of the range quality, exactly as expected - very pleased!
