Gameology emailed me to say a product was back in stock there web site said back in stock then once I'd payed for it they said it was a mistake and actually pre order for June wasn't happy as I passed up another copy of the game. Got a full refund Otherwise never had any problems

June sometime). Well here I am months later and still do not have of my DnD stuff. Gameology have NOT been open with any communication, I have not received any emails from them about my order being delayed or anything. All of the information below I have because I had to submit customer complaints.

I got told in August the following: - "XYZ product they currently say that it will be releasing Mid September. If there are any extra delays that we are made aware of, all affected customers will be notified."

I have not received ANY notifications, yet I still don't have my goods. I have emailed them again asking WHY I don't have my $300 worth of goods and I got some AI-written garbage answer of: - "Delays have definitely been exacerbated recently by the growth in the industry and it's so frustrating that there's little we can do about that for the moment. But if you do come across any other retailers who appear to have the product advertised for sale, definitely let us know as this allows us push our suppliers harder to get our stock sooner!".

What does that even mean??? We can't give you, the goods that you paid for 10 months ago because the industry is growing so well... WHAT. I don't think you need a business degree to see how idiotic that sounds.

It's sad to see Gameology being taken over by AI worker bots and/or some corporate shareholders who just want to steal money now. I have order thousands of dollars worth of orders from Gameology since 2021, with pre-orders done before, and never had any issues until now.

My warning - AVOID GAMEOLOGY ONLINE ORDERS. Unless you see the physical item in their shop, don't bother with them. Personally I won't ever shop with them again due to this garbage service.

Products always shipped promptly. Packaging is absolutely next level - utmost care is given to all TCG singles I’ve received. Gameology is definitely my go-to retailer.

I made an order on Gameology for the 1st time ever and will definitely be back. They told me could be up to 15days I think for delivery and I received within a week. It was quick painless and I can’t wait to order more from them

It’s not a companies responsibility to flag what they believe to be fraudulent transactions. If they wish to do so. They should do more to confirm with the customer in a timely manner to ensure their delivery is met within the timeframe paid for.

Bought a mystery box for $39.95. The value was 2 packets of cards $16 dollars worth and 1 $5 dollar card. My son was so disappointed in it. His hard earned money was wasted. He could have bought 5 packets of cards for that price with a better chance of a card worth $5. These are a joke and will never buy from you again.

The Army Painter Speedpaint Mega Set is a solid starter kit with a wide range of colours. The paints flow well and make quick work of miniatures, but consistency can be hit‑or‑miss and some shades stain more than expected. Good value overall, though not perfect.

The shipping was quick (sent from warehouse the next business day), the products were what was ordered, with no missing pieces or damage. Exactly what you'd want.

Gameology is great. They have a solid selection of board games, tcg and tabletop games which are all laid out and labelled in areas of genre. I have great experiences with the staff who are all friendly and knowledgeable.

Fast delivery - items always delivered in perfect condition in bubble wrap. Boxes and cases always arrive as described without damage !! Early access for long standing customers !! Keep up the great work !

Was packed and processed in the same day, delivered in the same week and everything was delivered safely in the padded box. Well done to the team for the excellent service.

Simple buying process online. Generally competitive pricing, although I’d rather buy in my local state. Don’t like the mandatory signature upon delivery method as I am never home when it comes, so it just becomes an inconvenience to collect afterwards.

We had an order to pickup and the team was awesome. Great Pokemon selection of English and Japanese packs. The team there was kind and also dealing with a guest that was being a j#rk. It was cool to see them stay calm while faced with that. Was in there with my 8 year old and it was a good example of how to act kind. Thanks yall!

I Ordered the expansion for the core rules of fifth edition of Dungeons and Dragons book set and despite a trip all the way around Australia and back due to an Auspost screw up the product arrived undamaged thanks to Gameology’s top notch packaging. The product was still sealed and complete, I would highly recommend this company for your next board game or TTRPG purchase.

Not what I was expecting not full decks disappointed about getting the yugioh GX speed duel as it’s not what I was expecting it’s not the full deck of the characters listed
