assembly wasn't very straightforward and was a lengthy process. However, now that it's up and assembled, it's very much being enjoyed.

I purchased the Growplay Large (Adventurer) Frame advertised as accommodating two swings. Before assembling, I noticed the swing positions seemed very close together and contacted Growplay to confirm if both could be used safely at the same time. Growplay confirmed in writing that both swings can collide when used at full height, meaning only… Read more

one can be safely used at a time. This limitation isn’t mentioned anywhere on the website, even though their photos show two children swinging at once.

When I raised this, the company offered a 50% paid upgrade and then refunded my order without my consent rather than addressing the misleading advertising.

I’ve reported the matter to Fair Trading so other families aren’t misled into thinking the Large frame safely supports two swings.

The design looks great, but advertising should match real-world use, especially for children’s play equipment.

Posting this so other parents know before buying.

We absolutely love our monkey bars. Bought it for our 19month old at the because he's a little monkey and loves to climb on everything. I absolutely love the fact that you can drop them down to your child's hight. Very safe. My son loves climbing all over it. Very impressed – Very impressed with the emails prior to Christmas detailing time needed to complete build along with links to video and pdf instructions. Very strong and sturdy. Absolute hit with the kids Christmas morning and used everyday since. Kids are even asking to go out in the rain so they can have a go. Absolute praise for service and customer contact.

Endless fun & great quality! – We have had no issues at all with Growplay! Fast delivery, we purchased and received 12 days later with 0 issues at all. It was fairly easy to set up with the instructions very clear. Took the recommended time they give for my husband and I to set up. making it a breeze to assemble. The blue and grey frame colour is absolutely gorgeous along with the matching accessories and will complement any outdoor space.

The frame came with accessories such as swings, climbing net and trapeze, rock grips, ninja net and monkey rings and are excellent quality and easy to move around to change things up a bit. My 10 year old finds the ninja net relaxing and I’ve got no concerns with anything breaking. My 2 year old who is a budding gymnast and monkey loves climbing with assistance and can climb all the way up the climbing net and flip on the trapeze bar. She loves been held up to use the monkey bars. The monkey bars are height adjustable so it can grow with the kids. Modifying the height only takes minutes so it can be adjusted as needed, no disassembly needed.

We don’t have a lot of outdoor space but the Ninja Pro fits perfectly in our yard. We’ve had friends over and it’s kept the kids outside and entertained and off the screens for hours. I’ve heard they're even going to grab a frame for their backyards as the kids keep begging to come back for a play.

Both my children have shown such growth in their gross motor development even in such a short amount of time. My son originally couldn’t make it completely across the rock grips but with determination and practice he’s absolutely mastered it. Building on the kids coordination, gross and fine motor skills will help so much with sports and schooling. My son is Autistic and has ADHD and mastering the climbing frame has given him so much confidence. It gives him an outlet for his endless battery of energy. The benefits will be lifelong.

Buying a climbing frame is an investment but it will be the best money you’ve spent! The ways to use the frame are endless and there’s add on accessories to purchase, we can’t wait to add the flying fox in the future. The frame is sturdy enough for the whole family to use and we’ve loved spending the summer evenings outside as a family, connecting, laughing and creating memories.

collection from the distribution centre was easy and all fit easily into the family klugar. Hubby spent a few nights doing some prep work before the big Xmas eve and it paid off, putting it together into 3 separate parts in the shed and then moving then to its permanent location to be installed to one another, hubby is not the handiest of men but followed the YouTube installation guides, they were amazing and he nailed it, he was very proud of himself. The big day came and we worried the lack of toys to open would be a disappointment, however it was the complete opposite, one VERY HAPPY Little boy. His friends are also loving coming over and enjoying the fun. Climbing and swinging is now a part of everyday. For example to assemble parts in box 4-1 you will need parts out of box 2-1 but to do box 2-1 items you will need parts from box 6-1. Dry thread lock on stainless hardware without the use of anti seize is a recipe of disaster with galling. The grey structure bars are also different shades of grey which is poor QC. The biggest downfall is obviously a result of trying to reduce freight from China, all the structural uprights and cross bars are broken down into sections which are required to be bolted together, creating a unstable joint and plenty of flex. Considering the use of the gal connections which is a copy of handrail products uses standard 40nb pipe it’s not necessary to have joints, it just saves them in shipping costs. This connecting mid rail is also inconvenient when you would like to adjust heights of equipment as you can’t slide the joints past the bolts. Very disappointed considering the price.

Wished I got one sooner! – We received the Explorer frame with some extras this week. The kids were excited and us parents got to work to put together. Family Fun for Hours! – Santa (me...) woke up at 530am Christmas morning to build our "THE FOX" and it was 100% worth the time! instructions were clear and the pieces all fit together perfectly. now for the play part! my 5yo daughter asks me daily if she can "play on my obstacle course" and it has been a life saver! i can read the paper while she plays for hours! and i admit, i've even joined in with her from time to time :) Show details ·  1
