My parents purchased a spring free trampoline many years ago for the grandkids it has been a great trampoline, very safe and fun I can also highly recommend the disassembly service if you are moving. It was quick and easy to organise and they give you a safety assessment and all the different parts are boxed up for easy transport. They also provided a complimentary repair kit. Springfree are far and away outstanding for their customer service and support of their products. Fyona from Marketing was wonderful in following up and providing assistance when our old trampoline was destroyed in a freak accident. A replacement was sent and installed without fuss and Springfree were so accommodating of our needs. to help with, so needed a strong/fit friend to help Dad, which took about 3hrs in total. The sunshade needs to be removed on rainy days (as the water pools) and also on windy days (as the walls cave in and scares the kids) but taking it on and off is a breeze (pun intended), just a bit of an arm workout and a nuisance to fold up and store. Dad can easily move the whole trampoline across the yard with the shifting wheels to mow lawns. It didn’t take long for 2yo to unzip the zipper and try exiting, so (as with anything with littlies) supervision is needed as the ladder isn’t safe for little legs. Highly recommend this tramp and looking forward to it being used daily for the next 10+ years!

ocean (salt air destroys everything!!!) We loved the fact that the frame is galvanized, and stands at least half a chance of surviving the salt air. The composite rods are also a bonus - we've always lived near the ocean, and have had so many cheaper sprung trampolines rust out - the springs always just drop off one by one before the frame goes.
We also loved the fact that there is no mat on this tramp - salt air always used to eat away at our mats, disintegrating them far too quickly.
My 14yo son and I (a moderately fit 40yr old woman who is NOT particularly skilled at building furniture/flat-packs) built it in about 2 hours and 15 mins. It was definitely hard work. I highly recommend using the BILT app, and watching any YouTube videos you can when installing the composite rods - there is one YouTube video in particular that is actually instructing you how to take out the rods when dismantling the trampoline, but it helped us so much with our technique on how to install them that I recommend you go find it and watch it - once I had this technique sorted I found it far easier to install the rods.
The instructions are pretty good, and quite straightforward. While its a hard slog, it's do-able (but expect your muscles to ache in places you haven't used in a while!)
My daredevil 14yo has tested this tramp to its limits - he's been tumbling/flipping all over the place, sometimes jumping so high he gets caught on the poles - yet nothing has broken, and the flexibility and strength in the poles/netting is AMAZING (thank you!!!)
I'll definitely update this review as my tramp ages (at this point its only about 2 weeks old), but thus far we're really quite happy with our purchase.

company controls fabrication quality very well. The finally assembled product was so heavy I regret not getting the shifting wheels. I thought I would DIY the assembly, all good until I got to the rods. Despite the good level of assembly instruction provided I could not complete the rods. It wasn't an issue of strength, just not having the technique correct. Got a professional to finish the job and he did that lightning fast. My only two gripes with the final product are (1) the little white C-clips which don’t unclip that well without some damage (needed for lowering the net to store under cover) and (2) the sunshade. The sunshade is very well made and effective as a shade, but if left up during rain it simply does NOT drain through the holes in the shade. In theory the holes should drain, but they don’t. If the shade is very slightly off level, or if there is wind, the water pools away from the holes and a creates local depression; a little pool becomes very big which distorts the shade and in no time you have 100 litres in the shade and it's a wet experience emptying it out. Rather than a solar reflective shade a knitted one would be would probably be a better option to make available. Not sure what Springfree could do with the C-clips.

Rods snapped needed to get new rods – How much does these trampoline handle? My son who's 76kg and the smaller boys 16 and 15 kg and the rods snapped in half and then we have to order rods gotta pay for delivery $25 and it's not even express... takes a week to come, that's a bit much, should be free delivery for orders over 150 or something
Ridiculously inflexibly warranty conditions – 10 year warranty is completely inflexible and useless after 3 years ! If you wish to onsell your trampoline within the 10 year warranty period due to your kids outgrowing it or you move home and no longer have the space etc, Springfree will NOT honour an existing 10 year warranty if your trampoline oil past the 3 years old into a new owner's name.… Read more

Good product, good service – Great trampoline, lovely man who delivered and installed it. Took away the boxes too which makes such a difference! It is resilient to wear and tear from the kids jumping on it, environmental factors such as the sun and the trampoline is safe for all ages. Such a great addition to make a small yard fun for a toddler – My two year old thinks the trampoline is the best thing ever. He often says, 'more jumping'. The net is a great addition to new trampolines, making the whole space so much more useable and making me comfortable for a two year old to play on it. overall width of the jumping mat and Trampoline was ideal as other brands have a much larger base so this trampoline is ideal if space is more limited.
The Trampoline is hard to install so recommend either 2 (strong) people or pay for an installer.
