Order on Sunday and arrived in Invercargill New Zealand on the Thursday morning very good service. Product is great and was extremely well packaged. Will definitely buy from them again.

Delivery came with in a couple days of ordering. Everything in great condition and the models were bigger and better then I expected. XXL Gaming Mat great quality too, need some more styles/characters.

partial refund. When contacted for a partial refund, this games/toys/collectibles retailer shockingly claimed that they "do not consider the packaging as part of the figure" (their words verbatim). Very poor practice for items meant as gifts. Order number: 08-14593-66095
Ordered something (A Hatsune Miku figure) as a gift for my sister, two and a half weeks before her birthday, thinking that would be plenty of time for it to ship. The item was then packed and shipped TWO WEEKS after I placed the order, and it didn’t arrive in time for my sisters birthday. After shipping, the item arrived in roughly 5 days, in perfect condition, but the time between order confirmation and the shipment is ridiculous.

or there is no fault found, you will be required to pay the necessary postage fee in order to receive the item back. ” Well, the item is damaged? And if I send back with the same packaging I received them in, they may not provide assistance and I will need to pay further. So now I will need to pay extra to include packaging protection that should have already been used by Gamesmen to begin with? Very poor solution to a problem they caused and expect customers to run to the post office for a chance that they will not even assist anyways? Trying to save money by not using packaging protection and forcing consumers to pay on top is poor business, especially when smaller stores are able to look after customers orders much better. Will not be coming back if this is the solution.

comfortable, you can go crazy on it, rock it out until your hearts content, it came in a small box, took me 5 mins to put it together as everything just clips in to place, NO TOOLS needed. I am the single Mumma that has to do every mum/dad job for my kids. This was the Holy Grail of anything I’ve ever had to do for my son.
