Placed an order not 24 hours earlier and my package arrived almost a week earlier than expected the very next day. All the products ordered were in mint condition and I sincerely thank The Gamesmen for their punctual dispatch of my order. Was over the moon I didn't have to wait the weekend out to get my goodies! The Gamesmen are my first stop shop for any pre-orders for Transformers. They are super reliable and usually the first in Aus for non-exclusive figures. The website is great, the layout and ease of purchasing is top notch. I purchased Two NFL- Transformers crossovers, Tundra Prime and KC-59.
I ordered a Pokemon backpack and the order was processed quickly. When there was a delivery delay by Aus Post, the Gamesmen staff followed up and the delivery was made in time for a family birthday. The office staff were helpful, proactive and friendly and the ordered item came in perfect condition. I would definitely order from this vendor again.

Wide range of collectables at great prices found the Marvel Legends figures I was chasing at a cheap price and could not pass up some Star Wars figures on sale as well. Bargains! Postage was super quick, all items were packed with care. Will be going back.

When I reached out to support for assistance, they wanted me to send them back, but advised if they find they were damaged when I send them back, they mention on the response that: “ If the item is deemed to be damaged… Read more
or there is no fault found, you will be required to pay the necessary postage fee in order to receive the item back. ” Well, the item is damaged? And if I send back with the same packaging I received them in, they may not provide assistance and I will need to pay further. So now I will need to pay extra to include packaging protection that should have already been used by Gamesmen to begin with? Very poor solution to a problem they caused and expect customers to run to the post office for a chance that they will not even assist anyways? Trying to save money by not using packaging protection and forcing consumers to pay on top is poor business, especially when smaller stores are able to look after customers orders much better. Will not be coming back if this is the solution.

comfortable, you can go crazy on it, rock it out until your hearts content, it came in a small box, took me 5 mins to put it together as everything just clips in to place, NO TOOLS needed. on Wed and by Tuesday next week everything was delivered (from NSW to VIC) in excellent condition!!!! Only thing that was on the downside was, although I placed the order at the same time for both items, they came separate, one day apart (one on Monday and the other one on Tuesday). I understand that this is probably an issue of AusPost rather than Gamesmen and on top of that we have the COVID situation but you'd think that in this case they would've travelled and be delivered together.
In summary: Great selection of products, vast inventory, prompt service with great follow up and customer service, easy and smooth procedure throughout!
Will be definitely recommending them and will definitely buy from there again!
