realised that there really weren’t “rules” for make up. I started to expand my collection and try the skincare. The Facebook family is connected and supportive. Briony (the founder) and her team frequently connect with members of this group to offer suggestions and support. There are plenty of lives to discuss make up looks and products that are being released. The customer service Is amazing. They respond quickly to emails and happy to fix problems (most of them my fault too). At first I thought the products seemed pricey but the quality is amazing and I don’t need to use as much so they last longer, actually reducing how much I spend. Briony and Adorn have lead me to enjoy looking after my skin and doing make up for me.

This is a culturally illiterate brand selling The WORST sunscreen I have ever tried – First of all, the Adorn sunscreen is horrible - thick, greasy, sticky and heavy. It leaves a white cast on my medium olive skin tone, despite advertised that the product does not leave a white cast. cover up the disgusting white grease the sunscreen gave me. The pump is terrible too, barely any product comes out, so you have to keep pressing and will eventually end up with a sore hand.

This company also immediately deleted my review on their website, so it seems the glowing rating isn’t a truly accurate representation of overall opinions on the product.

They are also not inclusive as reflected on their social media, with little to no individuals of non European descent. The foundation shades are an absolute joke and colour shades do not even correspond to the shade names. The darkest shade is at best medium in other brands.

They also tout their certified cruelty free / vegan labels while their marketing manager shows off their leather bag on the company social media so it doesn’t look like they actually care about animals.

Finally, I voiced some of my concerns about the product and advertising and the smug, pathetic owner was extremely rude to me and had the audacity to tell me she would speak to her lawyer because how dare anyone point out they made a claim which was against TGA guidelines.

Thank you Adorn! – Finally a make up and skin care range that clearly nourishes, hydrates, and actually improves my skin! initially, but after a short while stopped having any positive effect and started drying out my skin and clogging my pores. I have been using Adorn for over 2 months now, and my pores are no longer clogged, my rosacea is noticeably improved to where I now also love my make up free skin. My skin is soft and hydrated, and firmer.

Ordering couldn't be simpler. I love that the website not only has written descriptions under each product, but also short videos that really help when making decisions. The inexpensive sample size products and sample sets, are absolute value. It was perfect being able to try the range at home before investing in the full sized products. I am grateful for the ethical stance Adorn takes on many levels, including cruelty free products and sustainable packaging.

I couldn't be happier to have found Adorn. My expectations have been exceeded every step of the way.

Revitalised skin – The Aha enzyme bamboo scrub has a perfect polishing texture and beautiful fresh lemon aroma leaving my skin feeling revitalised but it's always disappointing when I find the perfect scrub is in a 50gm jar. The Best Skincare on the market – I am a 59 year young woman who has been using Adorn products for 10 years now and is worth every cent spent. Its my forever skin care and love the lip glosses and powder foundation too that doesnt clug and stays on all day. animal tested and came across Adorn. I used the sample packs and skin tone matching service they provide. I watched the Adorn tutorials and learnt how to do my own makeup and people were amazed at how great I looked on my wedding day. I always recommend their products and videos now because they helped me so much.

Terrible Customer Service - will never buy from them again – Buyer beware - You pay for goods you may never receive. Disappointing and overrated – Oh my. What a disappointment. The samples are a complete joke. Seriously. So tiny and so expensive for that you get. The powder is anything but special. FREE samples I received from other brands come in a decent size and with so little packaging. What a disappointment!! A major turn off & complete waste of money.

of us suffering from asthma and eczema. I'm sourcing my eye cream, etc elsewhere since Adorn don't offer options without the dreaded Barbados aloe.

Also, the colour matching for Adorn's foundation offering is clunky. You take a photo and send it to the team, and they advise the best colour match. This was a complete fail for me. I trusted the process, but now I have a large stick of foundation that is at least one to two shades too dark for my skin. I would have preferred a colour match system such as Try Findation. I have found the system to be very accurate.

Best natural cosmetics with no nasties – I have been using Adorn cosmetics for over 10years now and I wouldn’t use anything else. I have so many favourites but would have to say their vit c cleanser, lime caviar moisturiser and their BB cream would have to me my ultimate favs. Love these products ☺️ Show reply

Good even coverage but too dry – I strongly support Adorn’s palm oil free ethos but the two products I’ve bought- Briony Brights Lipstick & the BB cream - look matte & do not suit my dry skin. The BB cream goes on nicely but disappointingly, gives no glow at all to my skin which I need as an older woman.

Very disappointed – More money down the drain. Night cream was greasy and tacky and left my skin feeling horrible. Liquid foundation was watery, no coverage and my skin looked blotchy. Never again. They must write their own reviews

Disappointed – I was excited to receive but very disappointed when mine came. Most samples I couldn't even try there was only a drop and I mean a drop! In them!

Great company but I can’t find colour match – Love the bronzers and blushes but they need more colours in the foundation range. Medium olive looks muddy on me and light medium is too light and shimmery for some reason. Medium tan is orange. I much prefer Eco minerals foundation their colour range is more suitable for light medium warm complexions and is more natural, with less shimmer.

Quality is second to none – Absolutely beautiful makeup and skincare. A little goes a long way, and the amazing and educational tutorials available on the website really help know how to best apply the makeup. Quality is just amaxing. So happy to have found such a great Australian Made & Owned company that is toxin free and most importantly cruelty free.

Life changing – These product are the best skincare range I’ve ever used. My skin has never felt better. The purchases were super easy to make with the added advantage of Afterpay. I’m in love.

The Adorn Blemish range has changed everything! – I suffered from really bad adult acne and I struggled to find the right product to get on top of it. In less than two weeks I have gone from an acne filled face to not wearing any makeup because my acce has cleared up and I am beaming with confidence. Adorn has my seal of approval. I could not recommended it highly enough.

Amazing Skincare & Makeup – This makeup & skincare is Australian made, organic, cruelty free and non chemical. It ticks all the boxes but the best bit is that it delivers! Beautifully flattering and long lasting.

breathe, it just feels like I’m wearing moisturizer!! Cannot recommend trying it enough. I highly recommend trying the skincare sample box and the ultimate sampler box for a true match in your foundation and products that you will love and need to have once you try them all once!

Very impressed with Adorn – Ordered the sampler pack. Arrived very quickly! The hydrating day moisturiser+primer is wonderful great base. Miracle skin care and makeup – This sin care and makeup is the best I have ever used. This range is perfect for the mature aged woman. Tutorials are full of information and easy to understand.

Over priced samples – Not satisfied. Pots were to small to expensive for what you received. I think this is a con and I am disappointed
