Booked Tandem Van for a service. I could not be happier with the service. They checked all high tensile bolts around the hitch inspected the Anode and found I had not cleaned properly and attended to items on the van I had not mentioned. its a good feeling when you are a long way from home that the service picked up any issues. See you next time.

told that a warranty claim/report was sent to my caravan brand , but after checking this myself, the company said they did not receive such claim/report. I needed this work done for safety reasons and it cost me a large sum of money. This is only a small part of a lot of problems i had with this repairer.

faulty wiring, over charged, etc etc – $10000 later. Charged for substand unsafe wiring, Charged labour fior parts not installed. Charged for my own part. Charged for a step that cant be fitted. Charged for solar panel incorrectly installed, pop rivited flat to roof. Wrong insulation installed. No insulation at all in the one wall that was completed and charged for. etc etc etc. The list of issues I have with Advantage Caravan Repairs is long.. Overcharged and under delivered,

Exceptional service with a smile – On our way home to SA! Makers of our van replaced broken leaf springs on off-side and wouldn't listen that something wasn't right! 8 months and counting – I lodged a claim with my insurance company in feb 16. Advantage told me that they were quite busy and scheduled the repair for April with an estimated two week repair time. It in now january 2017 and I still don't have my van back.. The repairs they have done are incomplete and to a very poor standard.

Workmanship is rubbish – We have had our Jayco Caravan to Advance for warranty repairs on the recommendation of Jayco but have had to have the van back to them to revisit some of the repairs as they were not satisfactorily completed. The process has taken two months and we still do not have the van back.
