Good after sales service!
Within a couple if days of me posting about the gas lighting problem I had with this product the AEG customer relations department contacted me and arranged for another technician to come to my home. This guy explained the workings of the lighting mechanism and that I needed to hold the knob down more firmly than I had been. Problem solved! I still think it’s a silly operating system but I can’t fault the after-sales service.
