As a long time user and happy customer of Aesop over the years, purchasing many products I have to write and share my disappointment in their shampoo. I have coloured hair and use to be able to purchase the relevant shampoo…no longer now it’s just ordinary shampoo and it’s ordinary. My hair is now lifeless and after all these years I’ve had to change to another brand…shame on you!
Follow-up · My hair lacked shine and became quite knotty I discussed with my daughter and she experienced the same
