We switched to the AetherX 320L heat pump to get off gas, and it has been very great. Hot water is quick and consistent never has to worry ran out of hot water. the control is easy and convenient and our bills have dropped noticeably. Very happy with the upgrade.
Product is great, water is hot, although the unit itself is a bit tall (more than 2 meters tall). Other than that no complaints so far. This is just the initial stage of this product being installed.

Jianbin, thank you for sharing your first impressions. We’re really glad to hear you’re happy with your new aetherMax and enjoying the hot water.
We appreciate your feedback on the height too. With its 320L tank, the aetherMax is the largest-capacity model in our aetherX range, which does mean it stands taller than our smaller models.
As you get familiar with your system, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Our team is always happy to help.
Thanks again for choosing aether and taking the time to share your experience.
