own expense. I received the wrong items and now have to bear the costs. The material is poor quality, the hat was not only delivered in the wrong size, but also has very strange proportions (height vs. width), and the boots are a complete disaster, totally unsuitable, very stiff and lined with nylon-coated foam rubber on the inside, nothing more. Even if they did fit, they would be extremely uncomfortable to wear and my feet would be stuck in sweaty plastic and foam rubber. Terrible! I have never seen such poor quality shoes.

I have always used Akubra for my cattle property hat until I stumbled on this hat! When we do our cattle work....this hat is so much more easy to wear because it sweats less and is so much lighter to wear. I have had to get another because I need one to keep st out cattle property and the other for when ai am gardening back in town. I won't wear any other hat now! Show details

2nd August. I’ve opened a dispute with PayPal, and the company has still not responded. Very disappointing experience, especially considering I paid extra for express postage and got no communication or resolution.

Company does not care about buyers. Purchased Item that was never delivered emailed customer support no Phone number and was told would be sent by end of week. nothing was sent and no tracking details were given terrible company customer service is the worst. shop somewhere else like Akubra Show details

Ordered Digger hat in Raspberry. There were issues with delivery because of courier, but when the hat arrived it matched description perfectly. Love the hat, love the fit and really love the colour. Jill D
