nearly 1 month after placing the order. The slippers were fine, no complaints, but the customer service was pathetic. I don't mind if shipping problems arise but to be left in the dark without any explanation made me angry. Consequently I will never shop with them again. I gave 2 reviews (both 3 star) at their request neither of which they have posted. That might explain why their reviews are mostly 5s, they just weed out ones they don't like.
Bought hiking shoes that I found were not as good as looked (and also bit small width wise), got refunded OK but lost the original shipping $12 and had to pay for return postage $12. I don't find the shipping policy reasonable for an online company, so won't be buying from them again. Show details

Love my dear dear Dearfoam slippers. Brand House Direct is my go-to shoe shop as I live in a remote part of Victoria. Saves me half a tank of fuel and the range is huge. Regular sales, great prices, extensive range, good returns policy - everything i could ask for. The site is easy to navigate in so many different ways - by brand, colour, style, price. This is my first order from Brands Direct thanks to my husband alerting me. I ordered three pairs of shoes. When I received my confirmation I realised I had ordered one pair in the wrong size. I alerted the Company of my mistake and they sorted it out very quickly and the right size arrived with my order within a week. I will definitely be purchasing more. Great value for good shoes.

Purchased 3 pairs of waterproof trail shoes, Hi-Tec brand, as they were on sale. Briefly worn over 2 months and the shoes fell apart, as seen on attached pics. Terrible customer service- bought Bogs gumboots that leaked after wearing for approximately five weeks. Won't refund, want me to cut up the gumboots and send a photos. How on earth do I cut up gumboots with paper or manicure scissors? They are obligated to refund, repair, or replace faulty products. Instead they have sent me multiple emails telling me to cut up the shoes and send a photo.

Don't buy from this company. Ordered a pair of red Opananken leather shoes size 41. Got size 39 shoes inside box a 41 box. I called to explain that they made an error, I need size 41 as 39 is too tight and their response was that is Brazilian sizing it runs larger. Shoes are as tight as a regular 39 and they want me to pay for returns if I want a 41. Show details

but the company refused to take responsibility and instead tried to claim that I caused the damage, which is completely untrue and unfair. To make matters worse, they expect me to cover $49 return postage out of my own pocket. Their customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, forcing me to escalate the matter to Fair Trading. Meanwhile, I had no choice but to buy another pair of boots so I could continue working. This has been a very disappointing experience. Brand House do not follow proper consumer law and have been extremely difficult to deal with. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Unfortunately, they send them "signature required" which means a trip to the post office. But everything was in order, correct shoes, correct size. All was fine.
They did follow up with an email to please leave them a review, but the button in the email goes to a 404 error. I've tried it over several days and nope.

Cabello Comfort 5072-27 are light & extremely comfortable. Cabello Comfort Cyra are comfortable but a bit heavy, which you can't tell by the photo. However having the sole stitched onto the shoe is essential for me because glued on soles come apart easily with the way I walk. Shopping, delivery & return process was fast & easy. I received my order promptly and was pleased with the shoe’s appearance and it was comfortable however I need to use orthotics and I could not use them. With my orthotics in the shoe was too tight and the fabric was very firm and would not stretch to take the orthotics. The return process was very clear and seamless. I now await my refund to be able to buy another shoe from Brand house.
