Love my dear dear Dearfoam slippers. Brand House Direct is my go-to shoe shop as I live in a remote part of Victoria. Saves me half a tank of fuel and the range is huge. Regular sales, great prices, extensive range, good returns policy - everything i could ask for. The site is easy to navigate in so many different ways - by brand, colour, style, price. This is my first order from Brands Direct thanks to my husband alerting me. I ordered three pairs of shoes. When I received my confirmation I realised I had ordered one pair in the wrong size. I alerted the Company of my mistake and they sorted it out very quickly and the right size arrived with my order within a week. I will definitely be purchasing more. Great value for good shoes.

Terrible customer service- bought Bogs gumboots that leaked after wearing for approximately five weeks. Won't refund, want me to cut up the gumboots and send a photos. How on earth do I cut up gumboots with paper or manicure scissors? They are obligated to refund, repair, or replace faulty products. Instead they have sent me multiple emails telling me to cut up the shoes and send a photo.

Don't buy from this company. Ordered a pair of red Opananken leather shoes size 41. Got size 39 shoes inside box a 41 box. I called to explain that they made an error, I need size 41 as 39 is too tight and their response was that is Brazilian sizing it runs larger. but the company refused to take responsibility and instead tried to claim that I caused the damage, which is completely untrue and unfair. To make matters worse, they expect me to cover $49 return postage out of my own pocket. Their customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, forcing me to escalate the matter to Fair Trading. Meanwhile, I had no choice but to buy another pair of boots so I could continue working. This has been a very disappointing experience. Brand House do not follow proper consumer law and have been extremely difficult to deal with. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

order. No reply so far to 2 emails.The product is still shown as available on their website. This supplier seems to have changed and I will make this my last order. Indeed, if they don't answer me within another few days I will dispute my payment via PayPal and buy elsewhere. As an addendum my shoes arrived and were as ordered and well packaged. So I have added another star. Better late than never.
Follow-up · My review seemed to j#rk them into action. The items were packed and posted shortly after and arrived by Aus Post with tracking. They were as ordered and well packed. I still don't know the reason for the delay but a note on the website notifying of any delays in fulfilling orders would be a plus.

You have to pay to return them and I don't trust that I would be refunded so I'm stuck with them Very shoddy business I would advise you stay clear of them, do the research look at Trust Pilot reviews. I wish I had. Never again.

Purchased 3 pairs. Unfortunately 2 were not right, they seemed a wide fitting and I sent them back and received my refund as expected. It would have been nice to know. Brought 4 pairs of sandals at $30 on special (were up to $179!) - 3 from Spain and 1 from Brazil - all were beautiful but 1 didn't fit well so I returned them - no issue at all to return. Would happily buy from them again.

times today and it rings out. I just want my refund. I received an email today claiming they are sending me an order that I already returned, at my cost $14.95. An email sending me the wrong size shoe. I wanted to exchange a size 40 for a size 39. The email said you are sending me another size 40, in a different colour! I've never had so much trouble getting an exchange or a refund. I will never order from them again.

Do not waste your time with this company. My exchange has been a nightmare with rude so called support staff. No communication still waiting a month on for them to even ship my exchange. My original order took a month to receive. Never again will I buy from this company.
