purchased at Seed/Country road and trenery, where i did not need anything there either. Had purchased online before once from Oxford, was not over enthusiastic about the quality of those items, so had written off Oxford ( thinking it was of similar quality to just jeans). Have to admit, the quality of the stock was much better today, with a good range of sizes available. I also liked the standard of the male staff outfits on them, classy with an edge, whereas I had been in Seed earlier, where the male staff were neither. Already have a sweater on as.its incredibly cold today in adelaide, I came down for a medical op and felt very tired/weak. Mark told me there was an 'Oxford" shop at Brisbane Airport, which i will go into next time i am there. Still thinking about a grey wool coat, will have a look at the website now and see if there are any other pieces i should get, before I fly back to Qld. A shop visit i will remember, especially being Scottish, it was lovely to buy sweaters which were a bit different. 10/10 for an unexpected, highly successful visit, and very happy (but still to try on the rest) episode.

Poor Customer Support – After returning home from buying a suit at the Moorabbin Store and trying the pants on again it became apparent that we were not happy with the style of the suit once I was able to see it from a different perspective in our home. contacted the store again and spoke to a male who promptly advised my wife that we could NOT receive a refund, only a store credit or exchange. This did not suit us We were very annoyed with this! Under Consumer Law, if a purchase does not fit the purpose for which it was intended, you are entitled to a refund…no questions asked! This very, very bad experience has cautioned us not to attend an Oxford Store again and to advise our friends and family to do the same… We also have the luxury of getting our message out through social media. In short, all this could have been avoided by common sense….allowing us to obtain a refund would have ensured that we remain Oxford customers in the future, however because of this lack of protection, a customer and others have been lost. We have contacted Management but of course been ignored!

not a new sale, with no pressure. The men’s shirts l purchased were even cheaper after Daniel double-checked and I was thrilled. He really knows the products well and also is up on what’s on trend. There was also another lovely sales consultant who also made the experience so easy and did not mind me unfolding the shorts to check size. The variety of business and casual corporate wear is fantastic for men and so cheap. You just need a bit of time to sus out what’s there. I have brought my nephew in before to purchase his first suit and Daniel made the experience very exciting for him, and again, no pressure. This is best customer service I’ve had for a very, very long time- l feel encouraged to go back and buy more! I highly recommend without hesitation. Terrible company. I ordered a wool blazer for over $300. I was sent a cheap blazer that was certainly not wool. I have tried for 3 weeks to phone, they simply never answer. They have not responded to my emails. The blazer has been returned and now a wall of silence and no refund. I will be reporting to Consumer Protection. Another shirt I ordered arrive stained. Nothing discussed with the customer service is actually followed through or actioned. One item in my order was cancelled, I assume for being out of stock, and I was only partially refunded - Oxford have ignored emails asking for an explanation. The product itself looks great so it’s unfortunate for them that their e-commerce / customer service and quality control ruins what could be a great customer experience. I wouldn’t shop here again unless in store.

degraded and they are only looking for money, they have not replied, and now I’m out of pocket waiting on a coat that I fear will never arrive. I’m about to start the accc process and lodge a formal complaint with my bank.

I had a top that arrived with a broken strap. Tried emailing support 3 times over a span of a few weeks and have had no reply. I know there's an option to generate a return label for damaged goods, but that would be refunded at the cost of product minus a portion due to a gift voucher being used. ordered the damaged shirt, I could've still gotten the full gift card discount on my other items ordered. Their method of return calculation punishes me for them sending me a damaged item which is why I was trying to email them for an alternative arrangement. I've previously gotten good support from their customer care team, so this has felt like an extra disappointing experience.

Quality has declined. They used to have good dresses. Recently I bought three dresses - 1st had longer inner, second dress had no label and looked faded and third dress had poor stitch and threads not done properly. No more dresses from here. Show details
