Good experience
I went in for a quick look for some pants and if it wasnt for the sales lady asking me straight away for help I would have walked out. She guessed my size and grabbed me a pair and pointed me to the change room, came over a few mins later to ask if I needed another size. Came out and she said if you choose another colour you can save money. So I did. She then offered me more items... Extremely helpful.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service from the sales assistant in the Little Collins Street store. Couldn't do enough to make sure our shopping experience was a positive one.
Oxford stocks good quality clothing, in a wide range of sizes for both men and women, at very reasonable prices. My husband bought 3 pairs of shorts and a jumper. I like their tops and suits.

Chatswood store
For an extremely busy Saturday at Chatswood store the weekend before Melbourne cup we mistakenly decided to go formal shopping. The service we received considering how busy the two team members were was amazing. My fussy 16 year old walked out with a suit that was better than we expected any nothing was a hassle for our salesperson.
