Customer Service non responsive
My coat arrived on Dec 2 and it was too small. I need to exchange it for a larger size and emailed Customer Service on Dec 3rd and have not heard back, other than an automated email saying a ticket has been opened. It's now Dec 10 and still no response.
No response on requested return for over a week
I ordered a mens XL jacket, its more like a childs size, not even a mens medium.
No response to three emails about returning. Shipped directly from China.
Dont buy anything from this company.
Shirt shrank and shop refused to take it back
After following the washing instructions, a blouse I bought at Oxford shrank 2 sizes on the first wash. When I returned to the shop and politely explained what had happened they treated me like I was lying ("no one else has brought a shirt back that has shrunk"), despite seeing that the shirt had indeed shrunk. The sales assistant steamed it, which expanded the garment, but it was still mis-shapen and short at the front, which I didn't notice until I got home. They told me to return if there was any further issue and they would give me a refu...nd which I did. The sales assistant then made a phonecall to another store and said she couldn't return it because her manager wanted to be present. This was despite the fact that they knew about my situation and had been told that this had happened in advance. The sales assistant agreed that the garment was warped at the front. They then told me I would need to return a fourth time to see the manager during working hours on a Monday. I am at work myself then and unable to shop. I feel cheated because I have done nothing wrong and yet the shop is refusing to take responsibility for their garment and making it extremely inconvenient for the issue to be resolved. They clearly want to keep my $50, hoping I will give up. Shame on you, Oxford.
Great design, make and quality
Oxford clothing is by far my favourite choice for work. I have many pieces in my wardrobe and some of them are my absolute essentials. The clothes is simply classic and fits perfectly! What I appreciate with Oxford is how true to size their clothing is! I find that some other brands change sizing frequently (or it varies depending on the garment). With Oxford - sizing is consistent and I can confidently shop online. Especially the bottoms (skirts and pants) are flattering from every angle and, those that I have, never crease. I find their cloth...ing also reasonably priced, compared with some other brands that do not deliver on quality. It took me a while to discover Oxford but, once I did, I have become a regular customer. I find that they are doing something right because they keep improving and offering very interesting and wearable pieces, especially in recent years.

Great Quality, Great Service, Great Online Experience
I don't write reviews often, but I wanted to praise Oxford today! I frequently shop at a variety of the usual few retailers out there and lately I have been feeling disappointed with the quality of clothing and overall service that I have received, both in the shops and online. Oxford has consistently provided me with an excellent product, price and service. The quality of the products I have bought to date have been excellent and when I have purchased online I have received exceptional customer service. I had no problem returning a product when I bought the wrong size and I will definitely continue to shop at Oxford. A perfect retail experience!

Fantastic Quality and Design
I like to shop! The best money I have spent this season was on a fantastic coat from Oxford, which was extremely warm, classy and a perfect fit. I also bought a cashmere pullover and a few knits, which I love and they are of exceptional quality! I have had absolutely no problem with shrinking, as I always follow the washing instructions on every garment that I buy. The service I received from Bondi Junction was above and beyond what I expected. Keep up the good work Oxford! Impressive quality, product and service! I'll be back soon!
Poor Quality Coats
My partner bought two coats from them for over $250 each, he wore it and it barely kept him warm from a not-so-cold day. What a waste of money, we are never shopping there again.
Clothes Shrink after wash
Oxford definitely gives the best discounts in the market.
They have good style and fashion, however I feel things I buy for Oxford only last me like a month or so.
Their clothes shrink after a wash, this applies to Shirts and Sweater (PS: I followed wash instructions)
Great Leather Jacket and Chinos
Bought the leather jacket and chinos instore. Customer services was great. The manager at the Colin's Place Melbourne Shop was helpful and directed to another shop where I could find the chino I wanted. Went to the little Collins St store to buy the chinos and decided to buy a brown leather jacket. They didn't have the size but they made sure the one in Highpoint was placed on hold for me in a Medium Size. Great experience at the highpoint store. Sales assistant was friendly and the overall experience was good. Will be coming back for sure.
Oxford Williamstown amazing
Last week we went to Oxford shop Williamstown. We were greeted by the manager , his name is Michael , he was absolutely amazing to us. We were recommended to go to this shop by friends and they told us the service is amazing , Michael is great , the shop is easy to the eye and prices are great , my son is self conscious , but Michael made him feel comfortable. He put Jay in the perfect suit , then to a shirt , to a tie , to a belt and great shoes all for under $480 . That’s amazing , most importantly the service was amazing , Michael is such...a professional at his job , same time he was juggling two other customers, but kept it all cool and calm with playing Elvis in the back ground , he knows his fashion he was dressed immaculate this means he knew how to dress Jay 10/10 well done Michael making our son so happy , and we will be back for our wedding .

Terrible service, packaged sent to the wrong address
No replies to emails, took 3 phone calls to get a call back. I posted bad feedback on their instagram page - reply within 2 minutes. Was told package was sent to the wrong address because I incorrectly entered Melbourne as the city on the online payment form - apparently I should have entered the suburb instead (?). I was then told I can pick up a jacket from a store in the weekend and will get an email to confirm availability. Weekend is here, no email. I've now requested a refund. Wish me luck. These people are just awful to deal with. Definitely will never buy again from Oxford.
Oxford Docklands - Fantastic Service
I visited the Oxford Docklands (Melbourne) store on Thursday the 18th of July looking at suit pants. I’d describe my fashion knowledge as somewhere around the “clueless” level, so I wasn’t overly sure of what to look for.
I was greeted by the store manager, Christine who was simply awesome. She has a friendly honest manner and could clearly tell that I needed a little guidance. Christine gave me patient and honest feedback on fit, size, colour, etc and didn’t make me feel like she was just after a sale, which was very much appreciated.
I ende...d up with two pants and two business shirts and I’m really happy with what I got – I was lucky enough to visit during a sale as well, so the price was fantastic! Oxford have an absolute star employee with Christine and I’d happily return again in large part because of her help. Highly recommended!
Great design- bad quality- worst customer service
Dear Oxford. Like the looks of your cloths but bitterly disappointed in the quality of it and with your ability to manager customer concerns. I bought a suit, a shirt and extra pair of trousers less than a year ago... The shirt went first after couple of washes it became 2 sizes too small. I didn't complain then but now the trousers from the suit have disintegrated. No , i didn't keep the receipt but I think the copy of the bankstatement showing "oxford" and the label on the suit saying "oxford" is enough evidence that I bought it from you less...than a year ago?? It's not like anyone else sells oxford mensware... And the answer that you don't have enough staff to look through the old sales records to find my transaction. What a load of nonsense!!! You KNOW that it's your product, you KNOW that it's faulty, you KNOW that I bought it from YOU and bought it recently... So why hide behind some silly admin excuses ?!? Pathetic really!!! Buyer beware - buy elsewhere!

I have just been shopping for a Winter wardrobe and visited several different women's and men's clothing stores, including the big Department stores. I did not like the range in the other stores I visited. I have bought Oxford clothing and accessories in the past and the value and quality has always been outstanding.
The quality, styles and fit are excellent! I love the range this season and bought several tops, knits, pants, dresses, a coat, leather jacket, a bag, boots and a scarf. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite and not pushy at...
Buyer beware of fabric flaws
I bought the first of three suits for our daughters wedding in early November for the December date. It was a hot day so jacket used minimally by my 17 year old son. He put it away and it wasn’t until mid May when I went to have the suit pressed I discovered the flawed threads near the left inner arm sleeve . Not wanting to buy a fourth suit in six months ,my son wore it to his school formal . I then returned to the Oxford store with the jacket to be told to return the next day when the manager was in store. The lining of the inner pocket had a...lso unraveled on the night of the formal . The manager said he would have to speak to the national manager but as it was six months he wasn’t sure of the outcome which wasn’t terribly satisfactory. Having heard nothing for a week I then rang and spoke to Dan the manager to be told it had been repaired but it was obvious. No other compensation , re voucher or some form of discount was to be offered as it was purchased last November. My husband often buys clothes and accessories from this store and they have lost our custom plus I’m warning friends and family of our lack of compensation . As a self conscious 17 year old I very much doubt he will wear the suit again Treena Haskard

There are SOME good items... but generally speaking it is a cheap, no quality great design concept. if you are looking for quality, don look here.
I've bought many items from them, suits tend to be OK, leather jacket was good value for many but all the rest was more or less disposable fashion.
Incorrect material labeling
Purchased a Drydon knitted blazer which was (and still is) advertised with a material composition of 59% polyester, 30% wool, 11% cotton. However after checking the label on the jacket which was hidden away inside the lining pocket, discovered it was made with a combination of 90% polyester and 10% Rayon.
Appalling Quality. Never Again!
I spent $169 on a pair of pants for work. Out of the bag they looked OK, however the fabric didn’t look great for a product in this price range. I wore them once. The seams pulled apart so badly they cannot be worn again. This is absolutely appalling! $169? Are you high? I will never be shopping at Oxford again...
Rude, aggressive hostile sales staff in Chapel St
I was treated appallingly by a sales rep in the Chapel St. Store Melbourne today.(Joseph I think) He was impolite, aggressive and rude. He had a back in 30 mins sign on the door when I arrived at 12.30. I returned at 1.05. The door was still locked with a sign saying OPEN....I shook the door a little to see if it was actually me not being able to open the door. This man arrived and just said 'YES'......I asked if they were actually open as it had an open sign but the door was locked, and he said that the other back in 30 mins sign must have f...allen off. He then rudely said "we are entitled to 45 minutes lunch"....I felt awkward and a little nervous due to his ill temper. He then refused to acknowledge the bought shirt was marked, even though it was black all over the collar...he said "we wouldn't have sold that"...I replied but you did and showed Tuesday's receipt. He was totally unhelpful with my exchange of shirts and said he wouldn't exchange the damaged shirt as it wasn't policy and that I'd have to come back on Saturday. I felt a total hindrance. By this stage I was getting upset and asked why he was treating me like this...he told me to stop shouting (which I defintely wasn't). Also, as he begrudgingly folded the exchanged shirts....the Oxford bag was on the other side of the counter . An arms reach away....he said " Is that your bag ? " I replied yes. He did not bother to put the new garments into the Oxford bag, I said "aren't you going to place my items in the bag?" To which he replied, "It's not our bag it's yours." I told him I was upset with his behaviour and that he'd been rude to me from the moment I walked in. I asked him his name...and he said 'What's yours" I told him I would report him and when he said his name was Joseph I asked for his surname and he said that was totally irrelevant I have never been treated in such a hostile and rude manner. I left the shop and burst into tears. I phoned another store, they were apologetic and said someone would ring me. No one did. I rang HR Head office and asked for help ....again No One rang. I cannot believe that a chain store as big as Oxford would shut up shop for 45 minutes and finally that they would employ staff that had a total lack of knowledge of customer service and respect. Very very disappointed. I won't be returning and would hope Oxford Chapel seriously look at their disgruntled staff and offer them some training on customer service or show them the door. He was a pig to me and I was just returning a shirt for my son. I did not deserve this.
