website again as it's a complete scam and impossible to get your money back even if you abide by their return terms. I'm absolutely devastated as i now can't attend an event as I don't have a dress and Showpo haven't even given me a courtesy of a reply. Their live chat doesn't exist... like there just isn't one anywhere on the website.

I purchased 4 products with the guarantee it would be posted the same or the next day. I needed the items for events over two weekends. It has been 13 days. I have followed up about 7 times. gone to town or shopped through someone else if they hadn’t advertised the quick dispatch time. I’ve emailed and they said they would investigate but have not received a follow up email. I’m so disappointed because it’s not often I buy clothes and was so excited for the event.

I have ordered from Showpo on several occasions and have had a great experience every time. Customer service is always quick to respond and assist with any concerns. Returns have been handled quickly with no issues. I would recommend purchasing from Showpo. Show reply

Have ordered 2 dresses recently and shipping has been very fast. Neither dress was right unfortunately (sizing issues - the site has good sizing information but just a tricky tall body to fit). The refund process was easy, money refunded quickly and the return process efficient. Show details ·  1

I asked if it would be quicker for me to cancel and re-order - but have been told new orders are not being prioritised, but also can’t be told when I will recieve the original. I have been allowing “one more business day” for a week now.

Super frustrating given how much I spent, and how much I was looking forward to receiving the order.

They had explained and I said I would just rather wait until the dress comes to make a decision. They then sent me an email back to let me know they CANCELLED MG ORDER!!! I am extremely disappointed. I spend over $100 on each of these dresses. And am yet to recieve any information on whether the orders have been packed, shipped, literally nothing. Terrible customer service. They talk about how great their same day dispatch service is yet I ordered last week and there is still no information about mt order. I am down over $200, I’m stll waiting on one of my dresses, and my other order has been cancelled when I didn’t want that. I now do not have a dress for my events.

I ordered a dress weeks ago. Never arrived and after repeatedly chasing up, I was advised that it had been lost in transit. I am still waiting for my refund. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Literally can’t rate Showpo higher. As a plus size girly their clothes have been amazing, some have been hit and miss however they’ve always been so quick to help and assist in returns or exchanges. What made this even worse was the customer service. I received a response within 2 minutes initially, but as soon as I questioned and challenged the logic behind the policy, I was completely ghosted. No follow-up, no clarification, nothing. That level of service is unacceptable.

To make matters more frustrating, I needed this order for next week, which I had told them at the beginning of our conversation. Because of this situation and the lack of support, I’m now left with no viable option and completely inconvenienced.

Between the unclear policy, poor communication, and being ignored when raising a valid concern — this has been a really disappointing experience.
