I would give them a -5 if it was possible. I bought a bike stand from them as it was described as partially welded together, which makes it more solid. However when I received the product, it is to be assembled with bolts and nuts. Despite that I sent the supplier Arno at Aimall Pty Ltd a copy of their advertising showing the product was welded together, he is are still denying that they made that claim. Dealing with them is an issue, this matter hasn't been resolved now for almost a month. They did offer me a refund for returning the product, however I would first have to pay for freight which could cost me more than the product (which they should refund). However I question their reliability as even on their internet site they are rated 2 out of 5, and elsewhere one.
Aimall was quick to take money, but didn't care about faulty items afterwards. I purchased a vernier from aimall late last year (24 Nov) kept it sealed / packaged as a Christmas gift for my young fella with his new 3d printer. We only recently started using it after school holidays etc. Took it out the box and didn't work from the get-go. Sent a message to aimall for an exchange / refund on the faulty product. The response was it passed the return policy dates. No accountability, No desire for customer service, Probably my fault for not opening and rigorously testing the product within the return policy date. Watch out for this company.
Follow-up · No follow up or any changes. Supplier has no intention to satisfy customer service or even try and resolve the issue. Don't use Aimall.
ONLINE GARBAGE - STAY AWAY! I've bought some stuff in this store but when arrived, the quality appeared the lowest possible. In addition, one of the items was incorrectly described on the website. The store refused to refund and I had to escalate via PayPal. Ultimately I lost the case because seller did not agree to process return at their cost, so I was offered to pay for the return out of pocket which makes no sense.
Be wary - the store is super dodgy and stocks the items of the lowest possible quality grade. No matter what it says, you will regret the purchase and they will not refund or return the items easily.
Online stores like this must not exist as they pollute the world with cheap junk and suspicious materials.
Aimall sold me a rubbish knife sharpener. totally useless and non responsive. do not buy anything from them
Purchased a golf practice mat which came with useless plastic balls only received plastic balls. Complained and seller said sorry we are out of stock. I said product or money he said NO it’s my fault but I can pay return for refund. I said send pre paid post sticker they would not. Now they have not refunded not delivered all product and won’t pay return postage. Complete deceptive advertising DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LIAR. EBay won’t correct deal either and I purchased via Apple Pay , big mistake will only do PayPal from now on
