This company is a SCAM!!!! – This company is a SCAM!!!! They never sent my order and after enquiring more than a dozen times and receiving what was almost certainly an AI generated reply they finally agreed to refund my money (less $10 for the postage they said) but even that never showed up. After 6 months NOTHING!

Beautiful looking puzzles but disappointed at quality – I was gifted three of these puzzles, I am currently working on the butterfly, and am really disappointed at the quality. I am 62 and very careful when I do puzzles, but already four pieces have broken off the edges.
