Mitsubishi Airconditioner – I ordered a Mitsubishi MSZ-AP71VG 7.1kw this week from Air Conditioner Land. The unit arrived in Victoria two days after ordering. I was a little dubious about using an on-line only store so I used PayPal for the purchase. The buying experience was nothing short of exceptional with a saving of $400 under a major retailer's best price. I highly recommend Air Conditioner Land.

I was originally a bit reluctant to part with a large amount of money to an online retailer without a physical shop (or phone number?) so purchased the smaller of the units first to ensure it was delivered without any issues. Apart from messing up the delivery date (this was TNT Express' fault not A/C Land), the a/c unit was promptly delivered 3 days after I placed my order. You won't get much communication from them if you are looking for advice on A/C (go to HN or Goodguys for this), but I promptly received a order confirmation email & tracking details once my order was submitted. Free shipping is a bonus, but the carrier was pretty poor at communicating when delivery would happen, and therefore I missed their attempted delivery twice. Over all though I am happy with my purchases, now just waiting for them to be installed!

couple of questions I needed answered before I bought I clicked on the contact us button it say email I did it then stated we will get back to you shortly but have heard not 3 days later I can not and will not buy and pay for something online in this price range if I can contact the seller as far as Im concerned I am getting the feeling that this company Air Conditioner Land is a scam I am very disappointed and now have to start my search all over again for a A/C installed ASAP I am old school and dont believe a customer should only be messaged to by a computer What ever happened to good old fashion service

Great product, well priced – MUCH cheaper than the same product at Harvey Norman. Delivery didn't take long, but there was a bit of a hiccup at the TNT end. (Took quite a few days longer than TNT's original estimate). Not the vendor's fault and they got back to me straight away and tried to resolve the delivery issue as best as they could.

Looks great, delivered quickly – The unit is not installed yet, it's for my living room, but purchase and to get the item delivered to Melbourne was quick and easy, packaging wasn't damaged and machine was packed well. The price is unbeatable.

Excellent Price – We live interstate so ordered online. The price was excellent, but possibly due to the good price, I received a message saying currently out of stock and it will be a couple of days before they had more stock. True to their word the air conditioner was sent out two days later. Very happy with the price and delivery.
