Air Cool Contractors

Hello....Hello..... Hello.....................Echo Air-conditioning Pty Ltd..................No Echo with these people – "Echo Air Conditioning Pty Ltd" (Echo) have representatives in the Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains, Penrith and Crookwell offering a wide range of services associated with Air-conditioning. The problem is their rhetoric does not match the delivery of those services! We had used "Echo" previously for some adjustments to the ducted air-conditioning system that was installed in our home when we purchased it 2 years ago..........Job completed adequately, so when we wanted more work completed on the system we turned to a known supplier "Echo"

An individual turned up listened to what we wanted and then went into the roof cavity and worked out the course of action to complete the task(s) Within a few days we received a quote which we accepted. A week or so later we had a call to say an individual would be here on Tuesday between 7-00a.m and 7-30 a.m.

The appointed day arrived and we waited and waited ......... Next thing was I received an invoice at 7-11a.m via my phone, my reply back at 7-42 a.m. my replied, to the email sender was the fellow was not here and the work had not been completed.

In turn I received an email saying the invoice was sent in error; the individual who sent the invoice in error said the fellow "..............would be there (Wednesday) tomorrow" to complete the work.............No explanation as to what had gone wrong, just plain and simple contempt for us, a compete lack of courtesy and a lack of consideration as to our activities for the following day. Clearly "Echo" is A) money hungry, B) inefficient and C) rude and D) inconsiderate............Moral of our experience - look for another Air-conditioning contractor, as we have done, who will do as they say and consider you the customer
