Air Everywhere

Excellent Service – Brilliant service in Adelaide! I had called 3 other companies with no response. These guys not only contacted me promptly but followed up. They turned up when they said they would and installed to perfection......took the old unit away and no mess. Really nice guys who attended, can't recommend enough.

Rip off – Problem with a split system. Had used Air Everywhere years ago and they were great. This time, sent an apprentice, (very pleasant young man) who couldn't find a problem, charged $431.00 for a problem that persisted. call out fee, as they use another company. I would have thought an air conditioning specialist would include electrical competence and as the original problem was not resolved, this should be seen as the same job number and it should not incur another call out fee. . Thanked them for their time and went else where. Would not recommend. Update. Another company found and fixed the problem for a lot less. I contacted Air Everywhere and they have promised a full refund. So credit where it is due..

Terrible Experience with Air Everywhere Victoria – • Saw smoke from aircon unit and was told by Air Everywhere technician that it was steam as it was supposedly defrosting • Less than 10 months later my 8 year old aircon unit was completely dead with 3 error/ fault codes were still showing on panel from previous visit. The aircon unit was hardly used for heating during this period. • An offer to refund the call out fee was made as an attempt to resolve my complaint “that their work had not been done to my standards” which was described as a goodwill gesture. • This became a much dragged out affair as they disclaimed all responsibility. The entire air-conditioning had to be replaced due to those faults. • This was eventually taken to VCAT with a negative outcome for me. It felt for me that the VCAT member may have been bias as he mentioned that his nephew also worked in the refrigeration business. • I would never trust or recommend this company to do any work for me again or anyone else.
